Update as of 2/23/24. Upgraded their review from one to two stars because they finally returned the money for one jump drive, I took a loss on the other since it had been opened and I had to swallow the cost of returning the defective merchandise. I received no cooperation in returning goods, no offer to make good on bad drive but the partial refund (yup I spent funds for delivery both ways on my own) got them one extra star. Overall still a bad experience see below.Original Review (one star) Bad experience summarized: I bought two defective Jumpdrive Fingerprint F35's from this company, they were received with no manuals. They were deemed defective and corrupted after I tried and then consulted with a reputable company to get them up and running. When I attempted to return them they asked for more details (which I provided) on the exact steps taken to initialize the product. Despite answering their query and offering to take a partial refund on the unopened product I never heard from them again. Ghosted! My contact at their company was Kent Keltner . Based on my personal experience here I just cannot recommend this company.

We ordered 4 sticks of RAM. Simple enough...... Opened the package as it arrived. Noticed immediately that there was two sticks correct, and the other 2 sticks were not. the ones I ordered. Figured it was an honest mistake, but i was wrong. I then called them directly, and spoke with Lisa, (maybe a customer rep?). i explained the problem and she said she would call me back. Not that long of a time passed and she called me back. She said they were out of the RAM i ordered and the gave "WHAT EVER THAT HAD...." She then started getting an attitude, as if this was some how my fault.... I asked if this is how they fulfill orders. She told me their website doesn't keep up with their inventory...... Well why have a quantity counter on your website? ALSO JUST CAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE AMOUNT ORDERED IN STOCK , THAT DOESN'T MEAN TO SEND ANYTHING IN ITS PLACE.Not only is this not appropriate seeing on how i didn't order these, its very bad customer service. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE ALL AND ALL

This company is the worst company by far with customer service. first off the guy who picked up the phone answered as if he was at home laying in bed. when asking him for help in changing our name and shipping info he tells us "you do what you need to do on your side and well do ours on our side" I was fed up with the guy talking because he was being such a smartass. so I asked him to transfer me to the manager and he left me on hold; for which he didn't even ask a mgr to come assist him. I had to call back after waiting 20 mins. I called back about 10 times, yes stalker status because I kept being transferred to a voice message system. And when I finally got through to a Kent, supposedly was the "Manager" he did nothing. He didn't even speak really he just made "uh..op..oh." noises on the phone. How can you be a customer service manager when you don't even have the social skills. The weird thing is kent said he has 115 employees.. so how come every time i called I get the same exact incompetent Ass answering the phone. I don't think this company deserves any stars. I'm in customer service and understand and have patients for people. But this company shouldn't exist and the type of guys who I talked to today should not be in the industry. Because this type of customer service is what makes a company lose customers and go out of business. I will definitely be bringing my issue up with the BBB and I hope that others who have the same experience, which I'm sure is likely should bring it up as well. I'm tired of people who think just cause most of their service is done online over the phone, that they can be rude on the phone and hide behind their hold buttons. I hope this company reads this and knows putting you on hold thinking problems will go away it doesn't work like that. Deal with it or it will get WORST!
