I was helped by Donovan Spence, "the Optometrist" at the Santa Clara store. He was Patient, he Listened to my concerns. He took all the correct measurements with his equipment to make sure that my new Prescription lenses will be perfect. And if for some reason they are not perfect, they will re-do them for free. Wow, now that is standing in front of your product. Thank Donovan and Oakley.Forgot to mention, their Price for the Lenses seem to be fair. Not the lowest but far from the highest that I found.I will be back.ATF

Somehow I lost the rubber cover for one earpiece on the sunglasses. The gentleman at this store rummaged thru the back to find me a replacement. For free. Kudos!

Donovan Spence was great in helping me find the right prescription glasses I needed. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I got all the bells and whistles for my new glasses. His customer service was over the top! His knowledge of all products was mind-blowing giving my husband and me great knowledge on some old sunglasses we currently have and use to this day that are considered antics that cost around $1,200. He interacted with my sons (11-year-old and 15-year-old) as well which was very nice to see. His customer service is very rare to see anymore and we (my whole family) really enjoyed our experience. So much so that we will be back to purchase my husband's and son's prescription glasses. He truly is an asset to your company and team. We need more people like him in the customer service world.

Came in to buy a replacement set of sunglass nose pads since I lost one. The optometrist was there to assisted me. He was very friendly and replaced the pads free of charge. I'm glad there's an Oakley store like this closeby as I'm a fan of their sunglasses.

My husband just came home raving about the customer service provided by Donovan, their licensed optician. My husband had inadvertently sat on his sunglasses and tweaked them big time. He thought for sure they would need to be sent away for at least a couple of weeks to be fixed. Donovan took the time to fix them himself making sure they were perfect, while my husband waited. He was so impressed with Donovan that he will definitely purchase his next set of Oakley's at Valley Fair!
