Had such a great first time experience here I don’t even know where to begin. Brandon & Inanc were awesome in helping me throughout the entire process. From the beginning they were very transparent with me & honest unlike these other used car salesmen! I went in knowing I didn’t have the best credit history, but they did their absolute best to get me approved with a reasonable down payment & was more then happy to pay it! Would 100% come back & recommend others to come get a car from these amazing guys???

I wanted to wait a few months after purchasing before I left a review. I bought a 2003 ford excursion 7.3L from them in Oct of 2022, the car has been driven roughly 7k miles since and the car has exceeded my expectations so far. I live in Florida so I was a little skeptical of buying a car in California, but the guys were easy to deal with and they were fair.

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE. We recently bought a truck from this dealership and the same day we drove it back we got a check engine light come on. Not even 5 hours of owning the vehicle it was already giving us trouble. We contacted Brandon and explained our problem. They did take the truck back and said they would fix the problem. Which was our biggest mistake giving them the benefit of doubt. They kept the truck for 46 days! Using the excuse of their “mobile mechanic” being super busy and only being able to work on it for a couple hours at a time. Keep in mind, we bought this car cash. No loan, straight cash. I would think if they really cared about a customers experience they would have sent it to a shop where someone can work on it till it was done. We got the truck back and the truck was driving fine until the 2nd week. The truck started to over heat. We took it to a shop in Walnut Creek that only works on these type of trucks. The mechanic recently called saying that whoever worked on the truck last did a horrible job. No new gaskets, no new hoses(which was said it was replaced with new ones), the turbo was installed back incorrectly and sealed with silicone around it. The high pressure full pump , which was the problem they originally “fixed” was installed incorrectly. And because the turbo was installed incorrectly there was a leak causing the oil cooler of the truck to get damaged. They are now charging us 10k to fix everything, almost half the price of the truck. Like I said DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS. Brandon and the other guy , who I don’t bother to remember his name, are nothing but wanna be big shots thinking they sell lambos out a box in a corner of a parking lot. Hope this leads someone in a different direction. The right direction. Lawyers are getting involved as I’m typing this.

This place is nothing but a scam. It sells vehicles that have mechanical damage either being the engine, trans, or other problem. There is no lit car so you can’t even see them in person because this “dealer” is a small shack in a corner. All these reviews give it a 5 star are fake because they all say nearly exactly the same and those who have pictures are the same picture.

Recently bought a Ford F150 from these awesome guys, Inanc and Brandon went above and beyond for me, and were very helpful and accommodating, worked with me and my current situation, and were very chill and friendly. They took great care of me and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I they provided, keep up the great work guys!

My friend got a car from this place 2 months ago and they got scam where is my friend car you will be crying after you and your company will be sue for giving them false information took their car through a third party just know this whoever work with this company y'all should never they are not a real company if you look in the picture it looks like these picture are his family member getting a car!! I will let you know something to the owner I have over 10.9k followers on tiktok over 14.4K on Instagram I can easily make everyone known about your car company

The purchase was made in my wife's name, but I paid for it!! I believed in his salesman's word, and I got it wrong!! Not all sellers work with the truth.I would like to alert the community to be aware when doing business with this Dealer!!! I had a bad shopping experience, I lost a lot of money!! Be wary of every word he says, for he may be deceiving you!

I recently purchased 2013 BMW 335i from Norcal and was very satisfied with the service. They worked with me for a week before finalizing the purchase and was very responsive to my questions. The car was delivered to me in very clean shape and was detailed. The owners were also super friendly, highly recommend these guys!

I have never been willing to pay MORE money to do business with a certain dealership like i would with this one. I would literally decline a low interest rate and accept a high one if it meant i dealt with norcal auto sales. Once they sell you a car, they genuinely treat you like family. These guys were an absolute dream to deal with. I bought a car from them, and unfortunately it had issues. Mind you, this was a used car without a warranty, sold “as-is”. These guys went so far above and beyond to make sure it was all taken care of, i cannot believe how amazing they were. This is the only dealership to do business with in my opinion. They care so much about the customer experience here. They don’t have to, they can easily be like all the rest of the shady dealerships out there, but they’re nothing Like that. Brandon and his business partner are both genuinely incredible. Completely destroy the typical dealership mentality. Definitely recommended.
