After multiple attempts to have a successful experience, I just don't think that's possible at this branch. They cannot accommodate to the flow of traffic and volume. Which is confusing because this location of San Jose is one of the more densely populated areas. It makes me consider changing banks all together. Bank of America branches are becoming more scarece and are not able to provide adequate customer service. So sad to see my bank slowly decline.

This is a busy location. It takes a long time to conduct business in person. Will try to find a different location, closer to home.

This location is unfortunately trash. Such slowww service anytime I've been in. The line is always so long and the tellers are slow. The other BofA staff in their offices just sit on their computers watching while the line of customers grow. Disappointed with this branch, go elsewhere

Worst bank experience I've had in my 28 years old life. If you come here all you r gonna face is careless customer service with 2 hours of queue line.

This branch is located in a busy area and there's always a big line in the branch and they always have 2 tellers at max, I have to stay in the line for long period of time. I don't understand it why in such a busy branch they always have 2 and sometimes 1 teller. 2 stars only because its walking distance to my apartment.

Service is so slow at this branch. Seems like they only ever have 1 teller working at any time. Even with 10 people in line.

I had to come here to open a checking account and Chris Ching was the one to help me out. He was very friendly and welcoming, he took the time to make sure i got what i needed instead of just trying to push unnecessary options onto me. He patiently explained what was going on/what he was doing, he also made the process so easy and hassle-free. Im not very good at talking to new people but Chris Ching is so easy to talk to. Id give him 10 stars if that was an option.

They don't allow anyone to park for long periods of time and the bathrooms are never available and they have rude parking staff . Fuck this chase bank if you can't actually get anything done without having to go to the restroom after waiting hours for them to handle things.

Avoid this branch if you value your time. The bank manager is also a joke. There's a line of people to the door and only one teller working. Meanwhile another teller is taking her time (20 mins) to sign in. I am changing financial institutions becau of this experience.
