I came to deposit my check. There was no line. And they were quick to get it done. No hassle and quick. I would have to come back here more often. Unlike other banks. I could imagine if it was busy the parking would be a problem. That's the only downside I see

My recent encounters with this bank have been disappointing. The service is consistently subpar, characterized by excessively long wait times and staff members who are not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude. The overall atmosphere leaves much to be desired, making banking here an unpleasant experience. Consider exploring other options for better service.

I had an excellent service at Bank of America branch (2925 Scott Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054). The customer service lady that helped me, Mariam Hendi, was so courteous, patient and gentle. I went there to deal with my deceased wife accounts. The process was very lengthy and it had to be done in two different visits. She was the one who helped me in both times. If I have any other business at BOA I would go to that branch and that customer service lady, Maryam Hendi.

How do their bosses not see how bad their reviews or staff is. They need to hire new staff. The lady at the podium she's a round lady with glasses and black hair should not be lying to customers telling them to call the online support and say oh ya expedite them. There is no such service available. I've witnessed her telling multiple people false statements. I can forgive one time but repeating it is gross negligence. I'm trying to verify my account so I can get medications I need and if I die waiting then I can't stop family from pursuing persons responsible or bank involved after my death. Making an update to my will. Use 10% of my life insurance to send lawyers after people responsible for my death. They are not there to work. They are there to show up and fool the bank owners so that the owners pay them. The bosses and staff are equally bad. Think I'm wrong? The proof is clear you enter a bank and you will see all their desks empty with the banker on their computer. All counters will be empty except one or 2. You will then have someone telling people to call their garbage customer service and prevent you from lining up to see anyone. Now customer service actually do their jobs. So why do they need to pay so many people to do nothing at the bank? But seriously fire whoever made the robot system. This bank has the wooooorst robot. They even punish you by forcing you to wait longer if you ask for a person. Don't believe then try it. The robot will say oh since you did not use our automated options you will have to wait longer because bad programming can't understand English.

I had the worst experience at this bank location 2900 Kiely Blvd/ El Camino Real, Bank of America. The manager is rude, not helpful and very unprofessional. What happened to me at this branch no disabled person should ever encounter. I went inside the bank to withdraw money using my EDD card this is not the only times that this happened to me. It happened 3 different occasions. Every time I go to withdraw money from my EDD card I was turned away. The manager told me to go to another branch to withdraw money because their hand held machine is not working. She didn't even make an effort to try and help me. Instead she wants an easy out and told me to go somewhere else instead. I told the manager that this is not the only time this happened to me on this bank but multiple times. Each time the problem is the-same. I was told that the machine is broken. (Their ATM machine is also sometimes not working when you try to withdraw and use your EDD card). I asked the manager what time the hand held machine will be ready and be fix. With her firm tune of voice she said "I don't know it will be longer". Perhaps 1 hour or so? She suggested me to go to another branch which is 10 minutes away. I told her that I can wait. But because of the uncertain time that was given to me, I left the bank and went to another branch to withdraw money. This scenario should never be encounter with any disabled person. I felt that my EDD debit card should be able to access or withdraw money. It's not an excuse to say I'm sorry the machine is not working. So they turned their back on you and tell you to go somewhere else. It could have been ok if it's only one time incident But it happened multiple times and every time their machine is not working. This bank has poor customer service. I urge any disable person who was turned away at this branch to complain to Bank of America customer service and also to EDD office. We need to speak up. I really feel sorry for other disabled customers that's been turned away and be told to go somewhere else. Discrimination is high at this branch.

The absolute worst. I've never been to any branch of any bank this bad. ATMs often broken, and don't expect to wait less than 20-30 minutes for a teller. Typical visit: 10 people in line, 1 teller. Several other people standing there doing nothing. Supervisor can't help because she has to greet people rather than help anyone. Save yourself some time and just drive 10 minutes out of your way to literally any other branch.

I was dealing with a troublesome claim regarding financial fraud and suddenly I get a voicemail from a unknown caller. At approximately 10am on April 19th, 2023; I was contacted by a Bank of America (BofA) representative "Raquel" regarding a "recent conversation". I confirmed the voicemail was from BofA's official toll free number but Raquel's voicemail was odd in itself. From BofA's website Security Center Section "How to Avoid Scams": "Pressured to act immediately with an alarming phone call, email or text that plays with your emotions. Scammers may pose as an employee from a familiar organization, such as Bank of America and say there's a problem that needs immediate attention. Do not act unless you have verified the person who has contacted you and the story or request is legitimate." After two calls to Raquel that went straight to voicemail in addition to texts (no response from Raquel through text either), I went straight to this local BofA center to verify Raquel's employment in addition to wonder why a voicemail would be left for me and no response whatsoever. After sitting down with Raquel in her office, all Raquel wanted to confirm was that I withdrew rolls of quarters. ... Pause. I wasted nearly half a hour of my time that I could have spent getting ready for work to find out that a seemingly urgent but vague voicemail recently after that I was a victim of financial fraud was "to confirm I withdrew in person rolls of quarters". I then recognize Raquel as the same teller I withdrew rolls of said quarters earlier in the week. "You're telling me I skipped out on funeral arrangements to tell me I withdrew rolls of quarters?" I asked. "I understand that you're feeling upset, but if you can rate 10 on my performance; that would be great" Raquel replied. I ended the conversation by walking out. I could deal with the lack of tellers because BofA only cares about profits, I can deal with the impatient customers in line blaming the hard working employees instead of BofA management, but what I can't deal with are BofA employees wasting my time on something as trivial as coins. Why stay a loyal BoFA customer, some may ask? How else am I going to withdraw cash that is so close by from BofA ATMs that either get electronic errors or card skimmers to eat at the wonderful noodle shop next door?

The banker was really rude to my mom. I believe his name was Raymond. My mom went in to the bank and the first thing he said was "I'm not going to help you if you don't speak English." My mom said she felt rushed.Probably won't be going to that branch anymore.

Every time I come into this bank there is only 1 teller an the line has more than 5 customers. It makes the wait super long an I personally feel like this not only causes a lot of stress to the teller but the customers as well.

Terrible customer service. I really thought the rep is gonna start a fight with me. It is the worst experience I have ever had and I've been with BofA for almost 20 years. I went in to open a joint account and the rep was very sweet. The rep was kind and was apologetic when explained that they are experiencing slow internet. After 40mins, we got our stuff done and I asked the rep to print the confirmation out for us. However, since the rep is couldn't figure out how, the rep had to call the other reps to help. One of the reps came in was really rude and asked me "why do you need this?" in a very aggressive way. I wasn't comfortable about sharing such information because I don't think it's not their business to know how I would use the confirmation printout. Secondly, how I use the info would not help the rep to print the confirmation out. So I simply told him that I am not comfortable sharing that. Eventually, the other rep just print screen the information for me. The story didn't end here. it's just the beginning. After I got the confirmation printout, I expressed that I didn't like his attitude and his aggressiveness after he walked out. Then he walked right back in started arguing with me and was at my face like he is out to fight me. He walked out again and came back in to continue arguing and I thought he was about to hit me. I was shocked that I didn't think I would be arguing with the rep at bank of America. Is this how BofA trains its employees to argue with customers? and If the customer does not disclose why they need the confirmation printout, they would stop doing their job? If so, I am happy to take my money elsewhere. I don't need to be patronized or arguee with them when I have many other banks that I can choose from. It's very disappointing, especially after 20 years with Bank of America. Time to take my money and go elsewhere.I gave one star because the rep who helped me opened the joint account was great, otherwise. it would've been a negative star

Bank hours posted on door and online says they close at 5pm. I went by at 2:30pm on 12/30/2021 and the doors were locked. There were plenty of upset folks outside. I called the 800# and the representative checked the hours to confirm then apologized and will be submitting the complaint. To the branch - if you're closed outside of the hours posted please put up a sign. I ask that others call the 800# and voice your opinion. Reading the other reviews I don't think it's worth it to try and make an appointment either.
