Disappointed with the selection. Other Ferguson locations in the past have had more options. Refrigerators they had were around $10-15K and out of reach for the average family. Dishwasher selection was good. Ranges, again were not the greatest in different price ranges. There were no sales people to help without an appointment.

The staff here are really helpful and attentive. Sharon gave us a warm welcome at the store and was very helpful in providing us more information for other appliances and products we were looking for in the other Ferguson locations within the Bay Area. Dominic was able to answer all our queries about our interested products and catered to our special requests. We had a nice customer experience thanks to both of themWe were primarily looking for kitchen appliances. The store has a good blend of mid range to premium products as well as an online catalog to choose from in kitchen appliances. After a lot of search we found the cooking range for our home over here.

Do not waste your money on buying premium appliances from Monark!Since Ferguson bought Monark, their service has gone downhill very fast. We bought all our kitchen appliances from Monark including panel ready column fridge and freezer.It’s been over a year, and more than half the appliances are not delivered. First they will tell you expected delivery date is October, then it’s delayed to next year February!!!!Their customer service is horrible! I also heard construction companies get priority over us and they get to cut the line and get your appliances delivered to them.Do yourself a favor. You do not want to live in your new beautiful house without kitchen appliances.Edit:They sent the speed oven, it’s damaged. Had to return it. So much for selling premium appliances!!!

I gave a start only because I am forced to give one to leave a review. This place deserves no stars. They take your money and after my appliances arrived - it took a month to schedule the delivery. Secondly, the appliances arrived damaged... the wine fridge has a dent on the door and the steam oven is not even working. I wish I bought my appliances at Airport appliances as always... their service is really good compared to Monark. No one responds to emails or calls or emails. Since yesterday, I am trying to get them to respond to me about the damaged wine fridge and the steam oven.

I don’t know where to start this company can only take your money and never get back to you. I’ve paid for my appliances back in December of2021 and only received less than half of the items 11 months later. What’s worse is the sales agent I ordered all these items Andy Garcia is not even responding to my voicemails or emails. What type of company is this. Take your money elsewhere this company is not professional they just take your money.

Incredibly poor communications and customer service. We waited over a year for an extremely expensive stove. The wait was understandable due to all the supply chain problems that nearly all manufacturers are experiencing. The staff member we dealt with was apparently incapable of or just didn't care about communicating the many delays and blown by delivery dates in any kind of timely or professional manner. For the most part is was up to my wife or I to call for info as the numerous and ever changing delivery dates cam and went. The person we dealt with had an annoying habit of chuckling her way through the excuses and explanations, which seemed disrespectful in the face of so little follow through throughout....this continued right up though delivery which she mis-scheduled as well. We will certainly never consider this dealer again. Love the stove and can heartily recommend the Thermador brand, just be sure to buy it from someone other than this company!

Great selection of appliances at the Monark! It gave us a really good chance to touch all of the best brands. Our new Viking range is awesome and the only issue was availability. We had to wait 4 months to get the range.I recommend you visit their showroom!

There aren't enough stars to give Monark, especially Gabriel, one of the sales consultants. My project hit a snag when I realized the downdraft was wrong. So I found the correct downdraft amazingly in stock in Ventura CA, but no one had a blower. Gabriel was able to put one on order for me through Wolf, but somehow his supplier was delayed or otherwise stopped communicating. So, on his own, he called his other colleagues in the appliance business and found the blower in Livermore- then *drove there* with gas being $6, picked it up for me, and dropped it off at my house as my car was unavailable. He canceled the purchase through Monark and facilitated the purchase from the other store. Put my project back on track!

I asked Monark for the absolutely most reliable Washer and Dryer they offer and they sold me the "High-End" ASKO T411VDW Dryer and the ASKO W4114CW dryer. They have been a nightmare, and now I am out of warranty and paying bills like $1,000 for a control board - absolutely unaccaptable. Even when it is working, the interfacing is absurd. The buttons HAVE NO LABELS!!! I guess the designers thought that "text" would be unsightly??? Worst appliance purchase I ever made. The next time they fail (won't be a long wait), I will replace them with a standard brand. My advice to you - DON'T BUY ASKO, and look critically at anyone who sells them.

Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for my washer and dryer for months now and when they finally arrived, there were missing parts. Miscommunication issues between sales (Sandra) and designer. At the end, after all the wait and having to reschedule for installation twice, they simply ignored my customer's rights saying that "they cannot accommodate my appt sooner than a week from today but they will give me a slot if there's a cancellation". I'm sorry if I am wrong on this but, from a customer's point of view who have already paid in full for the appliances a few months ago, this is disrespectful. Do not recommend Monark.

I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service from Sandra and Charon on the purchase of two appliances recently. One for my own home and one for a rental home. We are very happy with the whole process and the white glove delivery was excellent too.

Sandra found exactly what I was looking for at the right price. The delivery was scheduled very quickly and they delivered the new washing machine in no time at all and took the old one away. It was the easiest appliance purchase I have ever had.

Sales representative Robert Roth was very responsive and helpful in finding the right Miele dishwasher model for us with comparisons to like items. Very easy to navigate the attachments and so nice to be able to chat with a real person! All done over the phone and via email!
