The salesperson who worked with me was knowledgable with all my questions and made my buying process a smooth experience. However, while finalizing the paperwork, MINI provided me documents that had the higher listing price for my vehicle instead of the updated discount price they claimed was their "weekend promotion". I had to correct them both times.

Great service. Service of car was done in a timely manner. Customer service really went out of his way to explain everything and made sure we were happy. I will continue to bring both of my minis here for service. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

I bought a used Mini here, I fell for the "buy the oil change from us, you cannot do it yourself, it is cheap" upsell tactic. I should have know better. Classic scam. When I bought it in for the "free" oil change they told me I had to so break fluid flush, radiator flush and injector cleaning, which it was probably true. They charge me $900 for a job that take less than two hours. And of course they called me later in the day telling me that I need to brake pads in the rear (another quick job) for which they charged me $289. This is probably not different than most dealer serve centers. Legalized robbery, that what it is. I am giving up on the remaning oil changes and will take care of that elsewhere from another mechanic. Just buy online from Carvana and the likes and find a trustworthy regular mechanic instead of going to these dealers. I NEVER had a good experience with any of them.

We had a great experience at Mini of Steven's Creek. Our service advisor, Johny quickly help us get through the service process. He explained what needed to be done and honored our coupon for service. The price was fair and we didn't get talked into any other non-needed service. He arranged a ride to and from my home while the service was being performed. Afterwards, we bought some windshield wipers and he got a technician to come over to show me how to put them on correctly. Overall, a good experience at this Mini dealership. We'll be returning on our regular service schedules.

My experience is quite different than what everyone has been raving about. If you're looking for a used car DO NOT go here. We purchased a used vehicle for my daughter from here to commute to school and have had nothing but issues since. The moment we drove off the lot, the dang parking brake warning light went on. 3 weeks later (after driving less than 100 miles), the SMART brake system malfunctioned, the right front brake literally FELL OFF while my daughter was driving. Thankfully, she reacted calmly and pulled into a parking lot. Thankfully, she was in a safe situation and nothing worse happened. AAA towed the car but informed us the brake work was shoddy, the bolts were loose and it appeared the person who worked on the brakes did not do a good or safe job AT ALL. Well, sure sounds like the vehicle was NOT inspected or checked by MINI before it was sold. No wonder they try to sell you a $3K+ warranty package. Now, the bluetooth is acting up and the dang back up camera is not working.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

This is solely regarding the service center and how utterly incompetent they are. I've called 4 different times and 4 different times they can't answer my questions and end up telling me the service manager will call me back. 4 different times have i gotten a call back? No of course i haven't. I'm not asking for much either. At least i don't think i am. I'm a dialysis patient and can't bring my car in due to my dialysis schedule. My only option is to have my best friend take my car in for me on a Saturday. All i need to know is if we can order the part (headlight) ahead of time and if they can make an exception and do the repair on a Saturday - because apparently they only do oil changes over the weekends.

I purchased a used car from AJ at Stevens Creek this week. I found he didn't use any high pressure sales tactics.I also liked the non-negotiatable price. I've been looking for awhile, and new the price was good enough. I am one of those that hate to haggle. Even though I know the tricks, that you never sit in the showroom, but negotiate by phone, I just prefer not to do it.And the 5 day return - no questions asked was a huge selling point. Just got my car back from my own mechanic which gave it a clean bill of health!So I'm happy with the experience and the car! The car was as advertised!

This review is for their service. My car had a problem with both interior door handles not functioning, although the doors opened from the outside. I took my car to their service, and they charged a hefty $250 per door for an inspection. Adian mentioned that after the inspection, there might be a chance to fix the doors without incurring additional costs, to which I agreed.Later that same day, they informed me that my car required new Bowden cables and actuators, totaling approximately $1,000 per door. Frustrated and feeling deceived, I denied the service and departed.Fortunately, a friend of mine examined the doors and managed to fix them. He noted that the adhesive used on the cable had not adhered properly, so he reattached it. The doors now function perfectly.In my experience, this establishment deceives customers with unnecessary inspections and recommends costly solutions that aren't needed. Had they accurately diagnosed the problem, they could have fulfilled their initial promise to help me resolve it. However, their primary interest appears to be taking your money.

I've wanted another MINI since my 2014 Countryman, but I couldn't settle on the right one. Abdul was the perfect partner in finding it! He was great with communication and coordination of our visit, then actually came in on his day off to meet us! Abdul was patient and knowledgeable as I looked at multiple models and color combinations. And I finally found the ONE - an electric, 2 door hardtop Island Blue. As I told Abdul, I truly could not have done this without him. Finance and management also wonderful and made things easy. Husband and I are both very happy about our experience, and our new car!

This review is for servicing, not the car buying experience. Unfortunately Mini owners don't have as many options when it comes to auto shops that will service and repair a Mini. However, unless you're still under warranty, I highly suggest you stay away from here. Below are my complaints:1. Prices are insane. After getting quoted ridiculous prices for a few repairs, we reached out to a handful of highly rated places on Yelp and they all quoted us HALF of what the dealership quote. 2. Not honest. They try to upsell you and justify their prices by saying that the service is labor intensive and would take a mechanic several hours. We reluctantly agreed but then searched on YouTube and found a super simple tutorial that takes 30 min and costs only 20 bucks. We reached out to the dealership to see if we could cancel that service but they magically already finished the work. Labor intensive huh? Complete bull. Felt like we were straight up lied to. 3. No complimentary vehicles, even if they screw up a repair. Long story short, they changed out the spark plugs among other things but didn't install them right so we had to bring the car back and leave it there over the weekend. Not once did they even offer us a loaner vehicle to use while they fixed THEIR mistake. If you're under warranty by all means, take complete advantage of your free services. But if you're not on warranty, I cannot STRESS ENOUGH how many cheaper options there are.

Recently, I had an excellent experience buying a vehicle from Mini of Stevens Creek. Our salesperson, Alvin Toe, was very professional and patient. He assisted me from the moment I walked in, answered all my questions, and valued my time. Moreover, he tried his best to help me find the vehicle I like, and got me the best deal. The whole process was pressure-free, I was having a very relaxing purchasing experience, and I enjoy my vehicle so much. Highly recommend Alvin to everyone I know.

We had an excellent experience buying our car from San Diego and flying into San Jose for pick-up. Kyle from the sales team was exceptionally accommodating, and kept good communication with us in the days leading up to traveling out. Honestly, I've never had a good experience buying a car from a dealership until now. I'll make it a point to prioritize AutoNation dealerships in the future when shopping.

The entire staff of Mini Steven’s Creek were fabulous. They performed my car’s service perfectly (of corse) and communicated about the status along the way. When an unexpected issue came up another appointment, Adrian made sure it was taken care of by adding the work on and fitting us in the schedule. Many thanks to the great team there!
