The staff need a lot more training and they said they give a discount on activation and there not gonna charge new sim card but they do charge u $10. Installation is $25. If your total is $36. They ripping u off. Better to go to stevencreek office where they real know how to set up your phone and they don't rip u off and steal your money. So sad.

Great service there was an employee name Anita getting harassed by another customer. She handled it very well. I must say she was very respectful and patient with that customer. I was happy to pay my daughter’s phone bill there. I just might switch to Metro, but the girls in the shop doing a great job and the gentlemen, please give them all a raise.

Caitlyn is an absolute ROCKSTAR! She has amazing customer service skills, she's efficient, incredible and most of all, she's COMPASSIONATE. I live far from my 80 year old mom, so I'm not always able to go into the store with her. But whether I'm with her in person, or if it's just answering my mom's questions about her bill, or some phone setting she accidentally switched off, Caitlyn (I hope I'm spelling it right!) is ALWAYS kind and patient with my mom. Not all customer services folks are kind to the elderly, so this means the world to me. Thank you so much for showing such patience & kindness!
PS - My mom's part of the review: GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE! She's an angel! :)

Extremely rude people working here. I was explaining my issue to the first woman I see only for a different woman to come over a take over. My signal was clearly not working as none of my apps were working and it was even saying "Searching for Network", and she goes "no its working!" after only one call which she only hear it ringing she didn't bother checking the quality because if she did she would know it was garbage. Another rude man comes over and both start acting judgy and pressuring me to switch to T-mobile which I'm not interested in, you'd think they get that the first time I said I wasn't. To end this horrible story I figure out the problem myself and I'm never coming back to this location.

On 3/10/23 I went online to purchase a phone. Picked out phone tried to purchase, was told I needed to go to store. On Monday 3/11/23 I went to store, store did not have the phone I wanted. So I asked, if they could order one, she said yes it would be in Thursday, I said ok. On Thursday 3/14/23 I called store, no answer, waited a hour, I called back still no answer. I then I went to store, no phone. She said I could call around to see if another store had one. Then she told Betty to call a couple of stores. To no avail. Then I was told I could call customer service and order the phone. So I called customer service. All they wanted to do is add another line. Time after time I told them no, asked to speak to supervisor. This guy gets in phone, with this same shit, add another line. Again I told him all I want is to order a phone, he kept on. Then I asked him do you want my business or not, then he asked me which phone I wanted. I told him. He said ok and I had to pay an amount. So I paid. You would think done. So the phone came on 3/18/23. He said I could activate it myself. No I could not. Called customer service, went around and around with this person. She couldn't help me, so I asked for a supervisor. I get Liz, then I found out the guy on Thursday ordered me a phone with a new line. He even wrote in his notes I agreed to this, which is a bold face lie. And besides that, when I paid for the phone, it included a new line charge. 40.00, so talking to Liz to delete the new line, I would lose that 40.00, there is no refund. I didn't asked for if anyone was to check each conversation I had with customer service they would see that this person lied. So to activate the phone, she would walk me through it, if she activate it was going to be another 25.00. you already stole 40.00 from me, because of some idiot. So went around and around. Then I accidentally disconnected the phone. I've been with metro by T-Mobile since 2017. So this morning 3/19/23, I had to call again to activate the phone. This person today told me what to do, which sim card I needed. Then we finally got the phone to work. Now I have to decide what I going to in the near future about my service with metro.

The Meto pcs on Stevens creek committed fraud on me when I went in to get my new iPhone turned on. The black gentleman who I believe was a supervisor helped me. When he pulled up my account he said because I have been a long term customer I have reward points and he can give me a Galaxy Tab 7 lite for $38.00 out the door. I said what's the catch and he said no catch at all. It's because of my rewards points. I told him I didn't know Metro had rewards points and he said its my lucky day Then he said it looks like I'm having problems with my computer so just sign this credit card slip for $18.00 and I'll put the other $20.00 on after you leave. My son leaned over to me and said something doesn't feel right about only signing a slip for $18.00.The very next morning I went to Metro online to check my account and I see his whole scam. They have on there you can get a new Galaxy Tab if you add a line to your account. He added a line to my account and now I have another $20.00 a month to pay because of the other line. The $38.00 I was paying was really $20.00 for the other line up front and the tax on the Galaxy Tab 7 lite. He kept telling me how lucky I was never saying a word to me about a new phone line and extra charges on my account. This was Saturday February 10th at 3:30 pm. I never signed anything giving him permission to change my account which means he probably also committed forgery. Only the lowest scum on earth would do this to someone. My last name is Cline and this happened at the Stevens Creek branch in Santa Clara at around 3:30 pm on Saturday 2-10. He was the only black man working there. I hope someone from Metro reads this and fires his sorry ass. Update: The supervisor took the line off the Galaxy Tab and told me to keep the Galaxy Tab. Someone should fire his ass for doing this to people.
