I bought a reversible belt, same size as my guc**, lou**, and ferra****, but was way too big so i called to tell them i got wrong size, they said "cut it" so i did and now the buckle wont stay on. Dont waste your money. If you want designer get real designer. Never in my life going to even think about wearing this belt i paid a few hundred $ for... i made sure to use extra sharp knife to make the cut to avoid this. Cut again with same knife even burnt it hoping it would melt it together, no mater how i cut same results every time. Cut it like 4-5 times

I had a wonderful experience at MCM Store, Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, California. I bought a very nice bag with assistance from Marcel and Eric. Since it was days before Christmas, they gave me a very nice gift bag, ribbons, tags and a gift from MCM. Thank you Marcel and Eric! You made my day great.

I'm so disappointed look at PHOTOS I ordered the MCM crocs as anyone knows they are a bit pricey! I was so excited to get them. Only to open them and the gold had scuffs they're new, it seems to me that they weren't buff good. That's not all its glue showing in different places all over the shoe. I contacted the company MCM worldwide, they had a supervisor to call me back. Talking to the supervisor and explaining everything to him, and oh plus I have photos and was willing to send them to him. I was told he could only offer a very small refund. I wasn't satisfied with that for as much as I paid for crocs. I was hesitant to return them as my size could be sold out, or the next pair could be worst. After going round and round I was told I can return or get a very small refund! Now here the kicker, if I except the refund, it will become a as is sale. No warranty! Now why would I take the very small refund to have no warranty!!!! Especially with what I received! Please read reviews before putting your hard earned money out!!!! So disappointed!!!! Please google reviews before purchasing.

So I've been to their Las Vegas location in forum shops & have been familiar with this brand since 2015/2016.I've always enjoyed the colors and prints in their collections. Some pieces are a bit trendier than others, but overall I enjoy adding their shopper bags to my collection.This store has good service in my experience. I was approached by a salesperson named Ally & she is very outgoing. She seemed pretty knowledgeable about the brand. Overall this location has most of their popular items & is definitely worth checking out. They'll even have selective pricing that you can only get at the boutique versus online. I've gotten a bag, wallet, and I'll probably get one of my other bags repaired from this location soon. If you're not familiar with their price points, some items like their wallets are on par with gucci's products & their handbags can be similar pricing in contrast to other luxury brands.The Las Vegas location is a lot bigger since it's in forum mall and when I was in Singapore that MCM looked bigger than that one. I also find that the American crowd appeals to the hip hop culture, while this brand is very popular in Korea & China since it was bought by a Korean businesswoman.I've also been to the flagship MCM in Frankfurt Germany which is huge! This location is small, but has a decent selection of products.Note: Ally has since moved over to LV at Valley Fair

I purchase a variety of items for personal use and/or for gifts. I buy additional items ( phone cases or bags/belts/etc...so that I have items on hand for special occasions.I received a lot of positive feedback from others (in a variety of occasions/circumstances)...such as food stores, malls...and even hospitals ( when I was being discharged from Emergency). From an international traveler's perspective, if I'm eating at a restaurant that has a dress code...if I'm wearing MCM... I'm escorted to a table.?

My fiancé bought me a belt as a gift. I went in for my birthday to have it sized (holes put in) great customer service. Walked in and out in maybe 5 minutes, good experience. I went in yesterday to do the same as I have lost weight in the last 3 month, the woman in the shop refused telling me I need a receipt from the store. I explained it was a gift from my fiancé and the receipt was probably in her email as it was ordered on the mcm website. Her tone and demeanor was the most upsetting part. It would've cost her 5 minutes of her time. Between my fiancé and I we've bought a total of 5 belts, 3 purses, 3 wallets and a backpack from MCM. Upsetting they couldn't even accommodate to pop a hole in my belt after the business I've gave them.

I ordered a purse from their store for christmas gift and christmas is over and havent got my order yet. They said they just transfered from LA store and it will only yake 2-3 days but almost a month havent got anything yet. They gave me tracking number but no updtae yet. . I went ot their store to get a rwfund but they said they cannot give my refund coz they have to file a claim first to fedex before giving a refund and ut will take 3-4 weeks for filling a claim. annit even get any exchange whatever they have in store. They said I have to wait for the result of the claim. I never heard any store like this. The lady in the store is rude and sarcastic They dont even call you to give an update or even answer messages and calls.

I'm really really frustrated right now. I tried to purchase a wallet online for $335.00 the transaction produced an error several times. Then I find out you charged me twice anyway. So now I'm $670.00 short with no wallet. In the end the wallet was not a confirmed purchase. I called MCM over 7 days ago and the lady that dealt with the call was rude and clearly just wanted it to be over. I was very nice to this person and clearly I was just an annoyance to her. I was told the full refund would clear in 3 business days. Now it's Christmas and I can't get my kids the presents I was supposed to get because of this issue! I am not rich and I work very hard for the money I have. When dealing with this amount of money I can tell MCM does not care about anything but the money. This is a very big deal to me and this was not handled professionally nor with the gravity of the actual situation. I really hope that not all of MCM is like this and maybe there still is someone there that cares. If the money is not in my bank by Christmas December 25th 2021 I'm going to have to take more drastic measures. Please make this right.

I'm appalled and disgusted at the outright classism, negligent racial profiling, and offensive treatment by two staff on December 11, 2021 ar 2:35pm. I wanted to return/exchange an item that I put on while walking to the store in the mall one last chance. Upon walking into the store and waiting at the front m, I was told the item couldn't be returned because it's worn and damaged. It was said in the most evil manner. Then I responded in the same tone with where is the policy. The girls working their told me to leave and they were calling the police. I didn't get the chance to explain anything else or resolve the situation like adults do in life. So I took it upon myself and went to mall manage. I spoke to a Danielle who is the Assistant Mall General Manager. This is unfortunate and unacceptable behavior. If anyone else would have walked into that store let's just say a couple, another race and looked the so called part they wouldn't be treated with you have the bag on claim.... I'll be sure to report this issue on all social media platforms including writing letters to corporate MCM, its stakeholders, and affiliated!!!! This is a perfect example of classism in American society!!! The people they use to work at these high end stores are high schoolers or those with limited thinking outside the box for problem resolution. Sad but true.... It stops here and I want to exchange my bag and these girls to be investigated to say the least...
