This place is very bad.they completed massage 10 min before and said they calculate 10 min preparation time, I don't see any logic in it .once I prepare for massage.They start massage then how come you can complete 10 min early overall for 40 min massage I end up paying $160 with tip.massage want good either overall waste of my time

I have been a Massage Envy member for almost 2 years and things were good until I decided to cancel the membership.So when I decided to cancel my membership, I had a few hours remaining on my account and accordingly decided to book a few services to settle my account.When I booked my last service for 60 minutes, I had 30 minutes on my account and I explicitly checked with the front desk lady sitting there if my remaining 30 minutes would be adjusted in this service since I won't be available to use those minutes anymore after that.She replied "of course! 30 minutes will get adjusted and you would only have to pay for remaining 30 minutes".I didn't check my receipt after my service (their printer never works and they do not email you the receipt unless you specifically ask them to email you, which I always do), and noticed the next day that I was charged for the entire one hour session and still had remaining 30 minutes on my account.I called the front desk to clarify what's going on and she mentioned that we cannot adjust 30 minutes with your 1 hour session, you can only adjust it if you get a 30 minute add-on over a 60 minute session.This was a complete contradiction to what I was told earlier by the same front desk.I explained to her that I was conveyed completely different information while booking my service and that now I won't be available to use those 30 minutes, she mentioned that she is leaving a note on my account with the details and that she will check with her manager once she is back.It's been more than 2 weeks and since no one reached out to me, I called them again and I was told that there were no such notes on my account regarding the 30 minute adjustment and I can book another service to use those 30 minutes. I explained her the entire scenario and she said would have to check with the manager.What shocked me was that the earlier front desk ladies lied to me about leaving a note and checking with manager, miscommunicated on how to adjust the remaining minutes and not even giving any updates.Is this how you treat your customers? Had I known earlier that there is an issue with adjusting 30 minutes in my service, I would have happily booked 90 minute session and adjusted those 30 minutes as an add-on. I was wrongly communicated about this entire 30 minute add-on adjustment in the first place by the front desk and in the end I have to spend time following up and explaining the entire situation multiple times.Once you cancel your membership, be aware to use all your hours and clarify any other doubts so that you don't have to end up like me.

Either very incompetent staff, or flaky credit card equipment - I don’t know. But I have issues paying the service every other time I am there.I have two cards on my profile (one debit FSA, one credit card as a backup), and every other time they are unable to charge my cards.Today they tried both cards on the file and one card which I handed them in person, and were unable to charge any of three!! I am 100% confident that they all are active and have credit, I use them on a regular basis.That is ridiculous

Finally found a therapist I love, Grace. I tried different ones until I found her. She is excellent, and just knows where all my tension is. I just go for an hour but during that hour she is able to work out knots and gets me to relax. I haven't once felt beat up after, even when she has to go deep on a particular spot. I recommend giving her a try. Thank You Grace!!

If you live in SoCal and are thinking about scheduling in NorCal, beware of an extra $10 charge, at least that's what this location did. That would've gone towards the masseuse :(

I have had excellent massages from a few different therapists at the Santa Clara Town Centre Massage envy, but the best is Amy. She is probably the best massage therapist I have ever had. The only thing that compares is a massage I got at an expensive resort while on vacation. Amy's technique works out all of the knots and leaves me feeling revitalized. Somehow she accomplishes this with just medium pressure, and I never feel sore afterward. I don't understand how she does it. It is the perfect therapy for my too-many-hours at the computer lifestyle, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I've been visiting this location of Massage Envy for many years now, and am so glad I discovered Hellen Z! Her technique is perfect for addressing my shoulder and neck tension, as well as my lower back tightness and issues. For the past few years, I've visited her exclusively at least monthly, and she always makes me feel welcomed, remembers my specific concerns and preferences, and I always walk out feeling a million times better than I started. I hate to share my secret in case she gets harder to book, but I truly hope she can help more people with chronic pain like me find relief. You'll be in great hands!

I am very picky when it comes to select the best massage therapist for my body pain and I have tried so many therapist out there at several Massage Envy locations. I have to admit that Helen at Santa Clara location is the best massage therapist with her unique massage styles especially with back, upper thighs, and neck pain. She has been helping alleviating my pain issues due to desk work and long distance driving to work. Will definitely stick with her until I move or she moves.

Absolutely a great massage place! I feel welcomed in this location and I really like the ambiance which is so relaxing. Front office staffs are very friendly. Grace is an awesome massage therapist. I've been doing deep tissue massage with Grace before the pandemic. Grace is friendly and she understands my need (muscle soreness due to strength training) and work on the specific points to relieve the stress. Grace always makes sure if the pressure is right or not. Based on the need, she adjusts the pressure. She also helps to relieve the pain from muscle knots. I feel so relaxed and energetic after the massage. I'd highly recommend Grace and this place for deep tissue massage!

Not very happy with how my account has been handled. Full disclosure, I signed up for a membership and that membership had expired. Apparently the fine print states that once the membership expires, even if you have paid sessions in your account, you cannot use them. I would have accepted that fact if I had not been told "you will never lose your sessions". They even allowed me to "reactivate" my sessions and make another appointment. When I tried to make an appointment today, I was told they should have never allowed me to make that appointment and it was done in error. Monica, the manager, continued to let me know that if I signed up for a new membership (6 months) I could have those sessions reinstated. I don't want to pay so many hundreds of dollars just to have this happen again. With Covid and a car accident, and taking care of my family, I was looking forward to a little R&R. I am hoping that Monica can train her staff properly so this never happens again.
