Aaron helped me pick out the perfect chair for me, spending a considerable amount of time sharing his in-depth knowledge and expertise on the products in this industry. Ended up finding the Brio Sport, which was exactly what I needed. Excellent service, highly recommend this store to anyone looking for massage chairs or even thinking about getting one. You won't regret it. Eagerly waiting for my chair to arrive and will update review with post purchase experience.

Great service and selection. My wife and I worked with Kashi, who spent 1.5 hours patiently letting us demo multiple models under different settings so we could find the perfect chair for us. He was very knowledgeable about the models and explained why they were at different price points. We really appreciated the time and are excited about our choice!

If you're looking for a massage chair, look no further ! Aaron was incredibly patient with me, showing me a variety of models with different features. He took the time to explain the differences between each chair and how they would fit my specific body type. Thanks to Aaron's guidance, I found the perfect massage chair that meets all my needs. The staff here is very welcome and patient. I spent 20mins in three different chairs and found the one I liked. The staff explained the differences and pros/cons of each chair very well.

My husband wanted a massage chair for years. I finally gave in and got him one for his birthday. Not only has it dramatically reduced carpal tunnel in his wrists and reduced pain in his hips, but I also love it so much that we row sham bow to vie for turns in it. Mathew is a truly excellent sales person. He knows the products in detail, and took the time with us to ensure we ended up with the best chair to suit our needs. He even made special modifications to the arms of our chair so it gave my husband the right fit to help his carpal tunnel. We simply could not be more satisfied customers.I am not one to write reviews, but had to share this experience.

Aaron was extremely patient and went through pros and cons of the chairs. He has a great knowledge and understood our needs and most importantly he helped us with a great deal. Definitely a goto guy for massage chair. Btw the shop has great selection of chairs and shopping environment was relax.

I had been searching a while for a good massage chair due to my back pain. My friend had recommended this store to me so I decided to check it out. I was initially greeted by Aaron and he really spent the time explaining the massage chairs with my wife and I. After testing all the chairs answering my questions, I ended up picking this chair and have enjoyed it! My back has improved greatly and I have already recommended this place and Aaron to my friends!

I genuinely can't believe how rude the salesman was. I'm coming back months later to write this review because our encounter with him in Massage Chairs & More at Valley Fair ruined our day and I think about it all the time. I wish I had gotten his name, but I was so shocked that I just walked out. It's probably Steve, the same guy that has several other 1-star reviews.I was at the mall with my husband on a Sunday afternoon around 1 pm on October 22nd, 2023 — the same day that the fire alarm went off and the mall had to evacuate, in case that helps the owner figure out who this person was. I walked by and thought we should check out the massage chairs since I get massages about once a week and my muscles are always sore, and it might be nice to have a massage chair instead. My husband and I walked in, and the salesman came right up to us and said "What are you looking for today?" and I said "We're not really sure, I've never sat in a massage chair before but I want to check them out." He immediately asked about our budget, which was a little weird right out the gate, but fine. I said "Honestly I have no idea what the range even is, can you show us some chairs?" We have the money to spend on a chair, I just feel like at this price range he should take at least 60 seconds to get to know us and actually do some selling. His tone became much more short and annoyed, and he said "Ok what do you want it for" and I explained that I'm athletic, I do sports, my muscles get sore a lot, and I'm wondering if there's a chair that feels similar to a human massage. He said "Well that's going to be our most expensive ones, why don't you just try this one." And leads us over to the corner to what looks like their cheapest chair.At this point, I'm the only one who has done any talking, and I'm clearly the one interested in the chair. Sales 101 would tell you that he should be selling to ME, not my husband... but for some reason, he looks at my husband, who looks like a fit guy and was wearing a Brazilian jiu jitsu shirt and said "You should really try this chair, man." And my husband said "No I'm good, thanks." and he said "No seriously, you HAVE to try this chair." (They went back and forth 3-4 times like this, all while I stared at the salesman confused because I'M the one who wants to try the chair.) And my husband said, "I don't HAVE to do anything, I'm not interested, it's for my wife, and if you keep telling me I have to try this chair I'm definitely not going to try it." And the salesman says, VERBATIM, "Well I don't care, I already know you're not going to buy anything today." Listen, this kind of behavior would be unacceptable from a guy selling $150 jeans on the floor of a clothing store. This guy is selling $8,000 to $20,000 chairs. I can't imagine a worse way to engage with this type of clientele. It's not hard to build rapport instead of treating every customer that walks in as your personal ATM.

We were new to the world of massage chairs. Aaron was incredibly helpful showing us some great options. He helped us understand what was best about each chair and figure out what we liked. It was great service and we came away with an awesome chair from Ko-Yo.

We were introduced to massage chairs in Japan and Taiwan this past month we found the chairs there too vigorous , At Massage Chairs and More in ValleyFair, we found the perfect chair for us -,positive posture, brio. This chair, feels like hands massaging you versus a machine . It also has numerous options to suit each of or needs At age 77 this chair relieves stiffness and aching joints and has given us more vitality. The customer service is superior as well as delivery and set up. We are thrilled to have discovered the benefits and it is a valued purchase for us.
