I took my 2011 WRX to Mann for their brand coilovers and misc supporting bushings. Michelle was my Rep and she took care of me and my car from beginning to end. She answered all my questions through email and over the phone regarding my quote. I felt confident knowing what I was buying, what was being done to the car and what I was going to be charged for labor. When I dropped of my car - she gave me a quick tour around the shop and showed me the parts that was going to be installed. Their shop is the best you are going to see. You can tell they take pride in their work, tools, as well as their work place - Even the bathroom was squeaky clean! When it was time to pick up my car - she sent me an email - because that was my communication preference and also asked what I wanted to do with the parts. To wrap up - I just wanted to get out of there and get in my car and hit up San Tomas exits and see how the car handled. Which was awesome BTW! I am very happy with my experience at Mann and I can sleep well at night knowing all bolts removed from my car, were but back on to proper torque specs. Thanks Mann! I'll be back! Edit 10/9/19 Car is driving awesome! Feed back from steering is very predictable. Coilovers are under medium setting and handling very nice for daily driving.
