I went here only because my son wanted to go here to pick up something for my brothers wedding. We dress appropriately im sure but after trying out some clothes in their fitting room like anyone else when they need to try on clothes nothing out of the ordinary i thought. But after we got out of the fitting room their was like fifteen securities and undercover following us through out the store which made me feel belittled and disgusted. Im thinking maybe because we were of asian descendants thats why we were discriminated against. This being valley fair caters to majority of white folks so i figured out that much. If your asian and in their stores besides the cutthroat prices it also come with a helping sides of discrimination so which ever floats your boat as for me ill go to the friendlier Eastridge shopping mall where being white or asian black or blue wont affect the way you're being treated.

I felt sorry for the cashier. She was really working hard last night. The line was getting long and she's the only one working. I hope Macy's management will find someone that could help.

Went in today to buy a suit, found the suit and tried it on. They wouldn't ring me up because I didn't have me ID.. lmfao don't waste your time go To mens wearhouse for a suit. Better selection and prices and CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am giving a 2 star due to the cashier working so hard running between registers in the mens dept to remove sensors- Her service was a 5. Macys, please explain why you cannot stock your registers with proper sensor removers for your employees to be able to do job and service your customers in a timely manner. I watched several customers walk away due to delay and line. Shift Mgr, David apparently you are aware of this issue- hopefully you escalate concern. 3/12/22 8:20pm
