We recently celebrated my daughter's 11th birthday at LUSH Valley Fair, and it was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by Carolyn. Carolyn, who took our party invitation, provided us with the best customer service. She was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect.
Special shoutout to Jah and Evie, our amazing party hosts. They had the entire day planned to perfection, with a variety of fun games and activities that kept the kids entertained and engaged. Their energy and creativity made the party a huge success, and my daughter and her friends had an absolute blast. We are so grateful, thank you LUSH Valley Fair!

To one of the staff working in the morning of sept 21th:
I am sorry if you don't like your job. I was waiting to ask you questions. However, you saw me but you overlooked me and passed to other customers with smile and guided them to the products. But when I asked you where is the product. You reluctantly pointed out the products and overlooked me again. I am sorry you don't like me. Maybe because you simply DON'T LIKE ASIANS, YOU ARE ASIAN HATE？If you are, I feel pity and shamed on you. If no, maybe you just simply don't like your job and not satisfy with your work, then I suggest you to see a therapist. Overall, I wish you have a happy rest of life WITHOUT HATE AND DISCRIMINATION.??

Extremely rude employees saying stuff about me under there breath because i didn’t say have a good day back but I smiled back at them. It was a big guy and a women who i heard saying rude remarks about me as i left the store, i’ve worked customer service so i don’t see how grown adults can’t control there emotions it was a very uncomfortable experience for me.

I decided to try some “lush” products after a year and half of having a fire accident. As a burn survivor I am still very self conscious of the way I look and it’s very hard for me to let people approach me. However, MIKEY!!! He was extraordinary kind and gently. He made me feel so pretty and appreciated. Also I bought almost $200 in products ? all because of him!! Next visit, I hope I will get helped by him again.

Such a lovely experience today when I visited this store. The smell can be very overpowering when you enter. I spent hours just looking and smelling around. All associates have been very warm, kind, and helpful. They definitely know their products! I tried 2 face masks and moisturisers today and bought it. Felt super refreshing! I highly recommend this place for freshly made face masks.

The products of lush cosmetics are very high in quality and I was able to see results in one use.. Honey shampoo and conditioner is my most recommended product for dry hair.

I've been to several locations in California, this is the only one that I have gone to the every single time I can only be in the store minutes until an eager employee comes over to help me. I love their passion to help me care for my skin the best way I can. No dout the products are expensive but the quality is unmatched. Today I was help by Evie, she happened to be one of the managers, extremely helpful and even more knowledgeable of all the products. After asking several questions she was able to figure out that I might be using a product wrong and helped me fix my error. (Using a body lotion on my face was making my skin a little to oily causing me to have some break outs. Love the products but probably love the care of the employees at this location more.

Mikey was so incredible!! He saw that my friends and I were looking the perfumes and were a little confused. So he came over and offered such great insight and was so funny and just overall made our experience the best. My friend ended up buying a body spray that he recommended based on her preference for a soap she had bought earlier. You could tell he really truly cared and was very personable. Would highly recommend this store specifically because of this associate.

Amazing service at this lush, helped me pick out perfect holiday gift box for landlord, gave me free samples. Alessandra was her name I think and the other guy at the store today was also super nice! Idk where they find such good staff this lush was a tier above the rest though, kudos to the training?? Wish I snagged the samples now that I'm home but I guess I'll be back for those.

Went into lush with my girlfriend today 12/5/23 and met a very awesome worker sadly did not get his name, however for the company to see his employee id on receipt is 1012530. Not only was he very knowledgeable in all locations of this store but he was funny and got me to buy items I never thought I would he overall was a great worker and made me feel welcomed and for the company he was a great salesperson. Will come again soon

The employees were fantastic,helped me shop for my mom this Christmas. Got recommended 3 products and they even wrapped it for me. However, the manager threw a fit at an employee for not wrapping the gift herself and asking a coworker for help, rolled his eyes and made the end of my visit very awkward.
