Manager was great with providing a layout for the amount of seats and backs. Even provided store text to make sure our package and information were to be shipped and delivered, but as he didn't follow up, which we'd hoped he would as most customer service would after a large purchase of 15 Seats and 13 sides, the entire stealthtech (which still isn't working & would be 2nd tome they're sending the center channel to be replaced again and another sub) & 8 speakers 2 storage 2 tables 4 deep cup holders. Obviously, customer service isn't a main priority with this large of a purchase. At lease we were loyal and came back to purchase in store rather than making an online purchase. Well know next time should we decide to fill the loft for the kids as they get older. As for now the 2 4 seater bean bag and pillow will do. Will we come back, we'll see after the sub comes in and if things aren't fixed then it's an absolute NO. Otherwise we're in the middle just like the ratings.

Wow, what a company. I met these guys in Costco. Their claims seemed too good to be true and they couldn't answer all my questions. So I went to the showroom. I was floored. Seriously, so impressed with the sales staff and the showroom. I had them configure and reconfigure the model couch at least a dozen times. They all answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to save money. When the smoke cleared I got 35% off my purchase and got the best couch I have ever sat in. It is kinda weird getting it in FedEx. When I got my couch, their truck was full of LoveSac couches. The driver is all "I get a ton of these". But after I unboxed it and put it tougher, I am amazed. The sound system is the best I have ever purchased. I can literally feel the sound when I turn it on. It emanates from all around me. Then I realized I needed more couch. No problem, I got a new quote with the same discount.

We went to Costco and tried out the LoveSac beanbag. It was sooooo comfy. We have been looking for the ideal gamer chair and thought that this would be the one. We purchased ours online through Costco to save a couple hundred bucks - and everything arrived. Sac was huge! We got the 5 foot one but turning it over every day or so was too much. It's heavy and bulky and let's be real, fluffing it that often is not ideal. Also, the bag wasn't as fluffy as the one we tried at Costco. I think it had way more fluff than ours. We ended up returning it. Also-it says 1 adult and 2 kids can sit on it but if the adult is in the middle, the kids are basically on top of you. Getting out of it is difficult.

I purchased custom leather covers... first, Dalene ordered the incorrect ottoman then 3 of the 5 pillow covers fit correctly. First the store excused it as "it's relaxed fit" then tried the second excuse that I wasn't putting the pillows in correctly (this was my second purchase of cover, so I know how to put a pillow into a case). They had me bring in the poorly fitting covers and STILL tried to tell me that I was wrong. This purchase was $14,000, excuse me for wanting cases that FIT!

When we first purchased our love sac we were thrilled! It seemed like the best possible option with so much versatility and we loved the 60 day guarantee. Our issues came in everything related to shipping, exchanges, returns, and customer service at the store in valley Fair. So let's start with delivery. 1) We were told 3 weeks for the sofa to arrive. It arrived in 4 days. This was horrible for so many reasons. We hadn't had time to get all our other furniture out but it also was all dropped off in our driveway in the rain. We did not get any information that it would show up that day so we had to carry in 20 insanely heavy boxes inside our house in the rain. 2) the sofa was way too firm for us. This isn't a big deal because there are 3 different levels of softness so we called in and they said they would send us the softer cushions. The problem now is that when it comes to exchanges, it is a 14 week wait. This means sitting on an uncomfortable sofa for almost 4 months and then the 60 day guarantee is over. They do NOT restart the 60 days for when you get the new cushions3) we decided we didn't want to risk it so we decided to just return it and get a refund. The process was simple they said. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. First, they wouldn't send the Fed-ex labels until we got the boxes, not the end of the world, but more time waiting on hold. Also, as it turns out they didn't send boxes for any of the accessories we were returning so we had to get our own boxes for them (not a free return anymore). 4) we set up for pick up on Friday between 8-6pm. I stayed home all day, Fed-ex never came. So I called customer service and they said they didn't know why but fed-ex would come Saturday between 8-6pm. Again, I stayed home to make sure it went smoothly. Again, fed-ex didn't show up. At this point it is raining outside and I had to go buy a tarp to cover the boxes or else I'd have to carry 17 boxes back inside the house! So again I called love sac but this time spoke to an assistant manager. She said they were so sorry and she called Fed-ex customer service and arranged for pick up Monday between 8-6pm. She said she would be watching the system all day Monday to make sure it got picked up. Again I stayed home. Again Fed-ex never came. When I called the store, this time I spoke with Lisa. She kept saying it wasn't their fault and it's up to Fed-ex. I pointed out my contract wasn't with Fed-ex that it was with Love sac and she said she would call her district manager and come up with a solution. Two hours later, my husband loaded all the boxes into a friends pick up truck and we drove them to Fed-ex ourselves. I called back to the store to tell Lisa I figured it out and learned she had gone home for the day. She never called me back. Never talked to her manager, never came up with a solution, and never called me. Worst customer service ever. Final thoughts: sure, the product is beautiful, but getting it to your house safely is sketchy at best, and if you have any issues, you won't be able to get those issues resolved. Stay away.

The customer service is not only bad, it's non-existent. I placed an order for a sactional online and the financing is incorrect. I have tried multiple times over the last week to call the 1-888 number and have yet to speak to a sales associate. The store is unable to fix it, and because it was ordered online, doesn't appear to have much incentive for them to help me. The store associate told me just to return and reorder. May sound easy, but I have to wait until my return is received to reorder, but then the sale/special financing will be over. Also talk about a waste of money! There are 19 huge packages to be shipped and returned, just to be sent back again to my home? I am returning this and going to give my money to a company that will appreciate my business.
