About a month ago, I dropped by this place and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. While searching for the perfect pair of jeans, I encountered some sizing challenges, but thanks to the prompt assistance from an associate named Celia, I was swiftly guided to the right options. It's rare to find such exemplary customer service these days, and it truly made my shopping experience memorable.
Moreover, the store boasts an impressive selection of jeans, catering to various styles and preferences. Although the prices initially seemed a bit steep, the assurance of durable material and high quality convinced me of their long-term value. With this in mind, every penny spent felt justified. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in search of both quality products and exceptional service.

Normally when I’m in store the associates have been great, but I talked to Ivy over the phone about the store hours due to the Holiday and she was very rude and short with me and almost seemed to mock me for saying “your google hours”. If this was my first interaction with the store, I would never want to step foot in a Levi’s.I recommend if you do go to this Levi’s, you steer clear of Ivy, or just don’t go all together.

Great place to shop for some classic pieces that reflect tried and true American style. Their tee shirts (classic style) are most comfy and good quality. Both times I went in I received friendly, attentive service from the associates working.

I had an amazing experience here because of DAWN! She was not only kind and helpful but her positive energy lights up the whole store! I mean it when i say i have NEVER been to ANY retail store before where i was met with the kind of hospitality i was met with today. Meeting her will stick with me and definitely bring me back to this location. I hope Levi's as a company understands how lucky they are to have such a unique individual working for them and treats her right!

Even though it's a relatively small store in Valley Fair Mall, it's still pretty well stocked with common jeans styles in a variety of sizes. The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful with recommending the correct style for what we wanted and getting the best size
