I went last week don’t remember the day but there was a (older lady) with white hair,was in the back on her cellphone with a male by the register. I walked in and didn’t greet me, they proceeded to just talk and ignore me. I was next door to Rolex and wanted to stop by to see the shower oil hype was about!After 10 minutes or so the male approached me and said “what I was looking for “ I proceeded to say I was looking for shower oil and he just pointed at the wall and I told him what were the benefits of the product and he just stared at me and didn’t know his product. Didn’t show me where it was and to try it out. He didn’t show any effort in showing the product.Long story they both were so unprofessional tNot shopping at that location ever.

L'Occitane in the Valley Fair location is very popular store, and there is a lot of customers. However, Adriana Carrillo is such an amazing store manager. I don't know how she does it, but she able to attend to everyone. Moreover, she is able to find the perfect gifts for me. This probably takes an immense amount of focus, dedication, and care for the customer. I'm always so moved by her service and help. I highly recommend her, and she is a sheer delight.

L'Occitane is one of my favorite brands. High-quality products that always gets plus points as a gift. This is a great location with awesome service. Took me a while to find them though I have been to this mall hundreds of times...they are a few doors down from Nordstrom if you are looking.The lady who helped me out today was super nice! High-quality person providing high-quality service. She did a great job gift-wrapping the items I bought.

I went to this store today to purchase a few items I needed before going on a trip. I believe it was Mikeala who helped me out. She was very friendly and approachable. The products I was shopping for were in stock, and Mikeala went the extra mile to make it a great shopping experience. I will try to shop from this store again rather than through Sephora or online.

Wow. I tried to return a gift with a gift receipt however there was a new girl working by herself and she asked me to come another day. Unfortunately that wasn't an option for me so she offered to call her manager. The manager asked me for all the personal information of the person who bought the gift (name, phone number, zip code). Even with all that information I was still unable to do the exchange. She told me I'd have to come another day when a manager was working. I don't want to blindly visit another day and be turned away again. Now I'm stuck with some products I won't use. Don't waste your money or your time here.

Store hours say open until 8pm. We came to this mall specifically for a birthday gift and are outside the door at 6pm and store associates inside shake their heads no, they are closed. No store hour changes are posted anywhere. That’s just poor service.

Love this location. I walked in and was greeted by Kayla, who gave next level service. Nice sanitizer spritz, and she walked me through some products j knew and some I didnt know much about. I walked out feeling like I bought the best thing offered in the mall! This is now my preferred spot, and my holidays are much better now!

I love this brand and am sad that Sephora doesn't carry more of their merchandise. For the things I can't get at Sephora like their lavendar bubble bath soap and Shea butter cream and holiday special gift sets i come here to get them! Service is pretty good and i love discovering new products like this healing Petit Remede this time around. I just wish they had special gifts like they do online when u spend a hefty amount or more samples at least to feel appreciated for my business. I don't think they have reward points either which makes it less rewarding to shop. I think the Palo Alto location at least gives way more samples. Even for smaller purchases.

Products are exceptionally good! Kat the store manager was friendly & courteous! She quickly located my information & processed the sale! I used to buy their products from L’Occitane Ann Arbor but the store was closed during covid . Kat shipped the product the same day & my granddaughter received her gift next day ! Amazing service . Kat has got to be the best part of this store-- she offers amazing customer service each and every time I come visit l'occitane and my "home" mall, valley fair. it's changed so much over the years, and somehow, Kat has remained one of the brightest pieces of this monstrosity of a mall (it's huge and beautiful!) she helps me choose great customized gifts that go to loving homes and helps me build sets for myself and for loved ones. She really is in tune with whatever it is that I'm searching for, whether it be for myself, for my mom, or for my best friend. She's an all around amazing manager too (her team adores her and it shows in their work relationship together and creates a genuine and fun shopping experience), and is a great person to work with when finding the perfect products for your skincare and body care needs. L'Occitane is truly lucky to have such a great person on their team. Thanks L'Occitane VF, always a pleasure!

Used to go here for all the gifts I need for coworkers from birthdays to anniversaries, to get well soon, to congratulations on new home, new promotions through out the year. Like all the staff and their services except for the manager Kat. I dont like her attitude when I have a changed of mind and need to return an item. A long sight from her is a turn off. Hello, where is that caring customer service? Loccitane products are a plus with quality and pretty but are expensive. Moving forward, I will bring my bussines else where.
