All i got out of this store was rude employee behind the counter when asked for the manager to get explanation why employee was rude he also was rude and disrespectful i have been a customer for over 40 years and never experienced such hostility.

Last month I went to get gallon of paint for my bathroom and was helped as soon as I walked in. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, took the time to explain the various types of paint. He even carried the paint to my truck! Wonderful customer service!! Highly recommend this business!

This Kelly Moore is massive. The gentleman who helped me knew his stuff inside out, and he was helpful to the group ahead of me as well. Browsing around I found it had everything I'd need for a paint job. I highly recommend if you're looking for Kelly Moore because it's a huge store and has everything. It's a bit out of the way and hard to find, but worth it.

This is the BEST Kelly-Moore store in the entire South Bay, and perhaps the entire SF Bay Area! I had a color tint mis-match issue (due to the manufacturer) and my contractor's guys were sitting idly around waiting for me to produce the correct stain (I hate when it's my issue and not his!). I called at least 8 different K-M stores, from San Carlos to Gilroy. I got uninterested and abrupt replies, and one store (one of the northernmost mid-peninsula ones) flatly and rudely refused to consider it.I do thank whichever guy told me to talk to "Frank at Laurelwood". He is the nicest, most gracious, helpful K-M boss, ever! He immediately told me to come in the next day, and set me up with same-day (it only took 4 hours) tinting. The work was amazing! I'm not kidding, I didn't realize that K-M stores could vary so much with regards to customer service. Don't walk, RUN to this Laurelwood Santa Clara store! They are INCREDIBLE!
