This is my second time using Kawano. The first time I used him, he repaired the transmission in my mother in law's crv. He identified a problem unrelated to he transmission and fixed it while he had the car apart. The best part is that he didn't even charge me for the extra repair. I thought it was very nice and I meant to give him a Yelp review but I didn't get around to it. I recently brought him a jeep TJ for a leak in the transmission. He fixed the leak without having to rebuild the whole thing. I asked him about replacing the exhaust manifold that had a crack. I had already purchased the parts and had been looking for someone to install it. Kawano installed it for an extremely reasonable price. He seems like an honest guy. I found him on a recommendation and I would love to pass the information on to others. If you need transmission work, use Kawano.
