Changed price on me.
I called ahead and explained that my car has camber and I asked for the price of the allignment. Was told the price of an allignment would be $90. When I went to the shop, I was told it would be $220 for an allignment since it’s not a “normal car.” More than DOUBLE THE PRICE!
I’ve been to many shops that deal with cars with camber. Shops that specialize in cambered cars charge nowhere near $220.
Unprofessional. Felt as if he just didn’t want to do the alignment.

Honest people for good job. They know what they doing. Also they provide good advise for picking tires too. American ties shop does not do good job but I have to come here to get what I want.

Ed is a total pro. Extremely satisfied with the alignment service I had done after a recent suspension upgrade ('09 CRV). He explained everything being done, made recommendations for future upkeep/service and did an expert job. Highly recommended!

This place is worth the visit. They have a great stock of tires and wheels. They do from a simple tire patch and alignments to a full body work. Andy and Jimmy take good care of my needs every time I go there.

I had a slow leak on my passenger side tire since more than 2 months. Of late the tire pressure decreased about 10 psi per day and had to check tire pressure regularly. During regular maintenance at the dealer, asked the dealer to take a look and they refused. Took the car to JR Tire Alignment and Eddie found the leak ( the culprit was a small nail)and fixed it for a nominal price. Thank you Eddie, definitely recommend this place. We at "Taxifornia" have freeways which have potholes the size of large pizzas and there is indefinite construction going on on every major freeway. So be wary of your tires my friends:)

2015 Infiniti QX80: JR Alignment is my preferred choice for tire services and alignments. When I visited just before closing time, I expected to receive a quote and schedule an appointment for the next day to have an alignment done on my QX80. However, Jimmy exceeded my expectations by taking me in immediately and providing exceptional service. What a great experience working with Jimmy. We have a 2017 F150 that we could NOT get aligned! Ford tried multiple attempts. Jimmie took one look at our tires and said the tires were the issue! Got great looking tires and it’s finally aligned! Drives beautifully! Go see Jimmy!

I've had alignment done here in the past and had a great experience. Today I thought I needed another alignment but the tech (I believe his name was Bobby) looking at it immediately diagnosed the issue I was having as low tire pressure. He filled it up and I was on my way. He was correct. Saved me an unnecessary service and costs.

We worked with Eddie to have our Toyota fixed, which took quite a hit. It has been a great experience start to finish, from getting us in quick, to doing a good job keeping us informed and updated on the latest, to chasing down parts during the holiday season and delivering our car back as new. Everything was taken care of seamlessly with our insurance, and throughout Eddie was clear on what was going on and what we could expect. Really happy about having had our car fixed here, would definitely use their services again!

Best service for my vehicle and myself! I brought my car in, described what was going on in two sentences and the mechanic knew exactly what the issue was. Took a look under the hood to confirm and parts were ordered and arrived the next day. My car was serviced under 6 hours. Eddie kept in touch every step of the way and let me know of any other repairs that needed immediate attention and left it up to me decide. I’ve already recommended them to neighbors and friends! I came to JR Collision after I got into an accident on my front end and I was very pleased with their service and their responsiveness to my car needs. Eddie was amazing and had great communication with me throughout the whole process. I have a 240sx, which is an older car and pretty rare, so I wanted to make sure they understood that parts are hard to find and that I wanted to keep it as OEM as possible. They answered all of my questions and reassured me that we will get to where I want with the car. The value of the car has increased so much with the work they did to it. I ended up switching to an aftermarket bumper and there were so many bumps in the road (on my part), but they always had a solution. They were able to redo my taillights without needing to order any new parts, and it made the rear end of the car look brand new. The team there is very talented and worked very carefully on my car. I will definitely be going back there in the future for any other paint work/body work!
