I am writing this review at 2AM while staying in this hotel. I am only doing this because I am uncomfortable, stressed, and defeated. The air conditioning vent blows at the same wall the bed is oriented. So, you have the choice of being hot at night or have cold air blow directly at your head. I tried keeping it off, but it got hot even though it is the winter time. So, I eventually chose to turn on the air conditioning. I spent the the last hour trying to redirect the flow of air away from my head. It’s been a struggle to find a comfortable situation in this hotel and I regret spending every cent on this place

We've stayed around many different Hyatt hotels before and really enjoyed it. This one was just okay. Pros:1. Hotel is right next to a bunch of restaurants and Safeway. A few restaurants we saw while walking around the plaza - Red Robin, Dave's Hot Chicken, Cold Stone Creamery, a pizza place, a Mediterranean restaurant, Chinese restaurant, etc. 2. Front desk was super nice3. Free buffet breakfast in the morning - scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, pancake, bread for toast, donut hole, cereal, boiled egg, fruit, juice, milk, water, coffee, etc. my son was disappointed there were no bacon. 4. Hyatt house has all the convenience you need if you are staying for a while - microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, cups, plates, utensils, pull out couch. Cons:1. When we pulled out the sofa bed, and my son started unraveling the sheet left there to use, we found a couple of bugs on the sheet. We immediately went downstairs and reported the issue and received a new room. 2. You needed to scan your card to use the elevator. But it took several tries of sliding it in and out before it worked. I'm guessing since this is an older hotel that is why the card reader was having issues. 3. Parking for the hotel is like the general parking for the shopping plaza. Front desk provided me a parking pass to place in my car. There wasn't a parking lot just for hotel guests. Neutral: 1. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but did go check it out. It is towards the back of the hotel, and had an outdoor shower as well with a few lounge chairs. I'm not sure why the front desk told us to use the pool to walk outside and turn right. When you could have walked past the elevator and past the gym and down the corridor towards the back and there was a door to go to the pool that way instead of walking outside.

We stayed here over the weekend and it was very nice. Our room was 2 queens and a sofa bed. The kitchenette are was nice and the large refrigerator was a nice surprise. Even with the sofa bed out we had room and it did not feel super cramped. Was a bit disappointed with the tv position. If you are sitting on the sofa then you can not watch tv. If you want to maybe eat something and watch tv you would have to do it while sitting on the bed. Also know that if one side of the hotel is directly next to a very busy street. There is plenty of parking. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but we went by to check it out. The pool was heated which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was very good and fresh. The ladies tending to the food were always making sure everything was stocked. The coffee was not as good, maybe they could add some flavored creamers. We will definitely stay here when we visit family again in a couple of weeks.

Rooms come with everything you need to make it through a week of business or leisure. Location is suitable for business travel or leisure to visit the nearby stadium. Center has several food options and even a grocery store if you want to utilize your rooms kitchen. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was nice. Gym is simple but sufficient to get some movement in.

This establishment is nested right inside a galleria of shops and restaurants. It's most convenient out of all the hotels in this area in terms of dining and leisure. There's plenty of parking and two charging ports for a Tesla's. Don't forget you're

We usually stay in airbnbs when we travel but decided to try out a hotel this time due to daily free breakfast and to not have to be responsible for daily cleaning tasks while on vacation. After staying here I can say that we will probably go back to airbnbs. I didn't realize that its no longer the norm since covid to have your room cleaned and linens and towels refreshed daily at hotels. There's no room service. Breakfast is ok, pretty basic, no omelet bar. But what annoyed me most was the fact that no one at the front desk answers the phone. I tried to call multiple times to get extra towels and blankets sent to our room because one is not enough for a family of three staying for a week, and no one ever answered. I had to go to the desk myself to find someone sitting looking bored on their phone every time and request what I needed in person. The shower toiletries were also empty. Was upcharged for a room with a mountain view but our view was looking straight into an apartment complex. Overall we chose this place for convenience but it ended up not being convenient at all.

Not the greatest place. Everything is and feels old. No potable water in the room. Shower was a bit smelly. Heated jacuzzi is a nice addon. Overall, not worth the price.

This hotel is great for families. Anything you need is within walking distance. There is a full grocery store, multiple restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream all steps away. The hotel itself is clean, easy freeway access and plenty of parking. The pool is heated and the hot tub is a good size. Buffet breakfast has lots of great options, and there is a great sized fridge/ freezer, microwave and stove in the room. We would 100% stay here again on a family trip to the Bay Area. The gym is small and parking is $10 a night, but all of the other amenities make up for those 2 lacking points.

Good breakfast, large room, friendly Front Desk. Noise from the street is ok. Location perfect for our visit to companies nearby. Price too high for quality provided.
