Rooms: somewhat disturbing to find that they don't include toothbrush and hot water kettle.
In Asia, a hotel is completely equipped for u to go walk in bare hands and still get full complete comfort. As with most hotels in the US, rooms and living rooms are humongous.
Service: hotel are service is absolutely friendly and knowledgeable about their services. The kitchen is somewhat chaotic in the morning as there's only one elderly gentleman taking orders, serving orders and having few occasions lost my orders In the process. Breakfast is alakat single order only.
Location: this is one of the better location if you are working within the silicon valley offices.
Rooms: Lack of toothbrush and toothpaste.
No hot water kettle
2 large TV
Small shower and no bathtub.
Complimentary water only available if you are a member.
Facility very clean clean and dust free even hard to reach corner
Nearby activities: Silicon valley museums and nothing much to call out.
Food and drinks: Breakfast menu is static everyday and can only choose one a la cart and one drink.
Dinner menu for the hot wings are generally considered excellent.

It was back in March when I stayed here. Front desk lady was looking at me with such disrespect and like she didn’t care at all while checking me in. They also do something fishy manipulations with charges on the card. Had spent here one week and never coming back because of that. I had my company booked and payed for the stay with a corporate card and had send them all the instructions. And my card was added for incidentals. For some reason they started putting strange holds on my personal card for the room and plus incidentals. Eventually I had my company’s travel support call them and resolve the issue. So be mindful that the price may be different from what the room is reserved with. Don’t think I will stay here anymore because manipulations with charges give a lot of anxiety. Plus they never gave me points for that stay. And also some personnel don’t hesitate treating their guests a certain improper way while others are very hospital. Not good. Even though the rooms are in pristine condition and in luxurious and modern design. Cleaning was great. There was a parking daily rate of $20.

Our company previously had the pleasure of working with Aaron Campos at the Hyatt Centric Santa Clara to arrange a hotel block for our team, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service we received. Aaron's professionalism and expertise were truly refreshing. From start to finish, he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free, which was a huge relief.
The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities we needed for a productive and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, and the staff across the board were welcoming and attentive. But what really stood out was the way Aaron handled our booking with such care and attention to detail. His commitment to ensuring our stay was flawless was evident in every interaction.
We will definitely be back, and I won't hesitate to refer other companies to the Hyatt Centric Santa Clara. If you're planning an event or a group stay, be sure to ask for Aaron Campos—you'll be in excellent hands!

A $20/day parking charge and $100/day for incidentals is a bit much for this type of hotel. The pool is good for the kids.
I called 2 or 3 hour prior to our arrival to request a crib in the room because I knew we were going to get there in time for the baby to go down for the night. On the phone, some person seemed to take the instruction and said "ok, it will be there" and I asked "do you have the name?" (he didn't), I proceeded to give him the last name on the reservation and he assured me it would be there. What do you think happened? Not there when we got there like at 8pm. We had to ask the front desk (twice) to send one... They also don't really have cribs, it's a pack and play, which is an important detail. A young guy came within 15-20 minutes and he put it together quickly and very well, with a cover and all, which was nice - I didn't ask him to do it, he just started doing it.
Overall, the rooms are pretty small and the bathroom is tiny with ultra low ceilings. There are 2 TVS and I do like having the separate living area and bedroom, feels less like a jail.
The place is sterile and uninspiring but the rooms are clean and cleaned daily. I only mention that because some hotels have stopped doing this which is inexcusable.
I would have given this 3 stars but I lowered one because of the crib thing.
Noteworthy details: We like these rooms because we're sleep training our baby and there is a separate living room area and bedroom, so the baby can be reasonably separated from us but we can still hear.

I stay at this Hyatt very often for work. The front desk staff are always professional and fast they check me in so fast and there has never been a problem. This last work trip I got a few dinners in their restaurant/bar area and Sarah the bartender was absolutely fantastic. It was only her and she handled a full bar and several tables and people sitting outside like it was nothing. Got me everything I needed and even chatted with me about the area (I’m from out of town) when she had a few moments. Would definitely recommend this hotel for corporate trips and personal trips and to just come and be served by Sarah at the bar who really made the whole experience so welcoming.
Food and drinks: Sarah at the bar was the best part of they stay she has great recommendations for the area for food and places to see and was so on top of the packed bar and area.

?If you are sensitive to noise, don’t stay here?
The highway 101 is super busy at night and the sound can drive you crazy. The wall and window are so thin in this hotel that you can clearly hear people speaking outside. Stay away from this location.

Ridiculous property. As GOH, I was charged for breakfast everyday, and had to keep asking the front desk to take it off. Then the front desk can not even do a correct math to subtract the correct amount. I argued with them, but they were so arrogant to listen my explanation. Do remember to ask for a printed receipt when you check out. There is a Hyatt Regency not far away from this property. The staff there is much more professional and helpful.

Don’t not trust any of your valuable belongings to be left in your room when your not their. I recently just stayed here and was gone for a whole day wen I returned some of my stuff was missing I did let front management know, was nice enough to try to replace wat was missing but that wasn’t the point the point is that their staff should not ever be stealing anything from ppl room while “cleaning” no one should ever feel like they can’t leave something at a hotel with thinking someone’s gonna take their stuff

Overall the hotel is well located for access to various tech campuses, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely sized and have a good layout...except they reek of mildew. While traveling with a group of 3 for business, all three of our rooms on different floors absolutely stank of mildew, emanating from our seemingly, otherwise clean bathrooms. The smell was overwhelming to return to each evening, even if you ran the room fan all day on high. Super weird, and really unpleasant. They were unable to move me to another room the first two nights, so I was stuck in this smelly room. Really disappointing as I've stayed here before and largely found it to be pretty pleasant. After this visit, I'll be going elsewhere.
