I loved the stay! Thanks to RK for a wonderful stay!
Rooms: The rooms were very clean and private very comfortable, cozy.. also loved the fact that the staff took the time to give us a courtesy call before check out very polite staff will most definitely be back
Food & drinks: I love that they had complementary coffee at the front desk.

Staff were very hospitable and respectfully accommodated my requests. Rooms were clean and decent; location is close to restaurants and shops. Would come back here again.

Rooms were decent and livable. They don’t provide daily room service and they have a complicated system for the same. The service was not all great. The location was hideous. You can’t go outside at night.

I stay there three to five nights a week,. Really really awesome welcoming staff. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Its not a 4 Star resort. Its an older property but well kept. For a clean, safe affordable room you can't beat it. It you are commuter to the bay, I highly advise stopping in and talking to them.Convenient to the big Tech companies. Public transportation within walking distance. Clean area. It not an high end of Santa Clara but it is safe and clean.No services except wifi. TV is a little limited. bed is comfortable. Restaurants and stores near by,Walkability: Close to 522 express bus and Caltrain connections
