I saw that honey b had a big sale going on and I JUST had to get my hands on that sale. I found the candy aquamarine candy suspenders set. I finally got my package and it’s the wrong item completely and not even my size. I’m really disappointed:((

Nice store clean the garments themselves are well made and super cute it's just too bad the staff are so unhelpful and rude. If your going to buy from them go to a different location or order online.

I can confirm the other reviews on here about the terrible customer service. It baffles me how retail workers judge who comes into the store. I felt hostility the moment I walked into this store, as if I wasn't fit to be in there. I don't know if these girl have to reach a sales quota or something, but it definitely ruins the experience how the workers size you up. The store itself I lovely, but I think you get better prices online and that way you won't have to deal with the awful staff.

Like omg like I was with my bff Sarah and we thought like omg what a cute little store. We go inside to start browsing and like the lady in heels was giving us insight on the items inside. After, she just stared at us in the store the whole time. Like the whole entire time. It was like so awkward and the store is tiny. She just stared at us and it like made us leave the store because like that's just so weird. Like make yourself like look busy inside instead of staring at customers. We had to leave it's just so weird.

To sell high end and very high priced lingerie you would think the customer service would be exceptional but it is absolutely not the case. Unfortunately I had to return a very expensive gift. They wanted to have the same exact card used to make the return. That is not stated anywhere on the receipt. It's a very distasteful policy and unfortunate that they wouldn't even consider an exception.

I would give 5 stars for the girl who helped me make my first purchase, but I'm posting a lower rating because they need to replace the blonde, dehydrated-looking store manager. She's absolutely vile and has 0 class. How they haven't replaced her at this point is beyond me because I've heard multiple horror stories from my girlfriends who have visited the store while she was working (on top of my own distasteful experience with her). She judges anyone who comes into the store based on appearance and will make it known if she doesn't think you belong in there. I've avoided buying anything from here for awhile because of how unpleasant she is. The other store associates need a trip to the chiropractor with the way they're carrying this store on their backs!I forgot to ask for her name, but the girl who helped me out today was really chill, patient, knowledgeable, and pretty i tried on 3 different sets and she made sure to check-in and ask if i needed help putting things on throughout the whole process. She helped me choose between two different style panties for the set i wanted and also advised me on which size to get (the size she suggested for me fit so perfectly). She was thorough in explaining how to place certain straps and make adjustments as well. There was also another girl who was working in the store at the same time; she didn't help me with the purchase but she was still really nice and bubbly. To conclude, my experience today was very pleasant, but I hope they replace the manager cus she sucks at her job and sucks as a human being lol

I came in to shop for a few sets for an upcoming trip to Las Vegas. The blonde lady working at the front today at 1:30pm was not friendly. She was assisting another customer so I was browsing through the selection. I carefully reached toward the back of a rack to see if my size was available and she stopped assisting her customer to come to me and pretty much scold me. REPEATEDLY said "we'll be right with you to pull your size, ma'am." With her hand up, and repeated herself once again after I continued to look for myself instead of waiting for someone to check for me. Is there a no touch policy for merchandise? Am I a child? I have absolutely adored Honey Birdette and own several sets, but I immediately walked out. Please train the staff to provide welcoming and friendly service. Offer to pull sizes, but in a manner that is presented as help in addition to what I desire. If I want to look at merchandise myself I am free to do so. I don't need to be scolded. Lingerie shopping should be an experience to remember and look forward to, full of comfort and confidence. This experience has made me not want to return to this location, which is saddening.

The in person staff seemed really nice and helpful! Their items are great quality and very nice! The reason for my 1 star, I was referred to the online chat support for help with an exchange was treated very rudely by their service rep Maya. Through the chat I was given short response and tons of attitude. I hope the company does a better job of vetting and training their service reps in the future. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I highly recommend going in person so you have a better experience than I did.

An excellent place to pick up some intimate undergarments and sexy attire for your lady friend. They also carry a selection of items that may come in handy if you get my drift. Terrific store for a very particular need.

I love Honey Birdette for their high quality and flattering lingerie, but the manager's customer service at this location is terrible (I forgot her name but she is blonde). I came in to return a swim top I purchased online because it was too small for me and it was still within their allotted return policy, but according to her, my order number did not exist in their system despite me pulling up the confirmation email. She kept insisting that my order never existed but that I could still contact customer service and send my item back to the warehouse, but how does that make sense if my order apparently doesn't exist? I wouldn't be guaranteed a refund if I sent an item to a location that had no documentation that I bought the item. And I told her that I was leaving the next day to go on a trip and didn't have time to do the return and that I couldn't wait to mail it out after my trip because it would be past their return policy. I felt like there was something not right with her, so the night day, before my flight, I stopped by again and was fortunate enough to work with another store associate and she found my order and made the return with no issues. When I asked her if there were any complications, she was puzzled because my order was super easy to find and was pulled up right away. Thank you to that helpful woman. Honey Birdette is expensive, but obviously if a person is walking into the store, they're likely going to be a potential customer. I think the manager treated me rudely because she thought I couldn't afford the item and that's why I was returning it, but I had already bought a larger size online before attempting to make the return on the smaller item. And even if I was returning an item because the value didn't seem worth it to me, that's no reason to treat people badly or put them in a position to have to keep a useless $200 swim top.

Crystal and Ri were wonderful! They provided me with so much assistance between selection, fitting, and purchase. I'm so so happy with my 1st Honey Birdette set, and will definitely be picking up more.
