Overall great experience for a 2 night stay on a business trip, only reason for 4 stars only is the smallish pool (not a good fit for lap swimming), and the tiny gym.

I bought an overpriced frozen Mac and cheese (tasted terrible, threw it away) because they won’t label anything with prices and then went to go sit at the bar area and was told I couldn’t because I wasn’t buying anything from the bar/restaurant. The place was empty! Waitress seemed upset cause I wouldn’t be tipping her by not ordering anything. Ridiculous. FYI, fast food places all a good walk away, was late at night. Or else I would’ve walked somewhere myself. Also- parking your car is $25 a day.

For the price I paid for this hotel I would have expected a way higher standard. The bathroom was disgusting.

Great location being close to the convention center (5 min) and Levi Stadium (8 min). Service was great, to include the café workers. The front desk was very helpful. I had a room across the elevators, but surprisingly was not too loud. The air circulation in the room was great; no weird smells, and the air control worked well. Room included a functioning refrigerator and safe. I had no issues finding a parking space; only had to remember to hang parking card on rear view mirror before retiring for the evening. I plan to stay here again when in Santa Clara. Thank you.

My stay was fine for the most part. However, housekeeping should not be opening the door and invading my privacy at 8:45 on the morning that I’m checking out. When I brought this up at the front desk, they brushed it off and said that usually housekeeping usually knocks before entering. I don’t think it matters. If I’m checking out that day, you should know if I’ve checked out yet. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping opens the door before I check out. Will never stay here again.

The big man at the counter this evening was taking it slow. Tried breaking some bills and this guy really took his time. You'd think they have some petty cash on hand.

A suitable accommodation option in San Jose. It offers a pleasant atmosphere, satisfactory dining choices, and prompt service. Additionally, it is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation.Rooms: Rooms are big and are clean. you'll fine necessary things in the room like table, study lamps, etc.

Superb room. The location is perfect if you go to an event in the stadium, but for other uses it's just in the middle of highways.
