Ordered a guitar online from this location and it arrived without the Tremolo Arm and Tool Kit. I spoke with a gentleman named Robert who promptly located the items and shipped them across the country asap. The customer service was top notch and I am incredibly impressed !

They cleaned up my old Yamaha beginner Classical guitar, restrung with best strings for my guitar and lowered the rod the strings rest upon to bring strings closer to fret board. Easier to play. Great deal. It's been 30 years since I picked it up. Feel good. Sounds good.
