We had them as a broker until one of our insurers left the state and they ghosted us so we had to go out of standard market with another broker due to their lack of communication. We are going to experience quite the financial burden due to Josh, Nicole and Brett's lack of professionalism.

Bernie is always positive and was laser focused on meeting our insurance requirements. His timely follow up and professionalism were exceptional. Our request for both a commercial vehicle and umbrella policy was somewhat unusual and complex. Bernie ran into multiple dead ends but kept positive, always moved the ball forward, and even called others on our behalf. We signed our new policy and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Bernie again. Bernie worked hard to find me an insurance carrier after my policy on my apartment building was cancelled. He applied for me to at least 6 different carriers. I was declined at most of them because I had a high loss ration due to a roof problem last year.
