If the person cannot communicate in english please stop hiring such people. Its hard to communicate and i ended up having a super bad haircut.
I am asking her question and she is talking to other person in some different language and does not even reply back and started cutting hair. Thats disrespectful and unprofessional!

Worst experience I ever had. They don’t do it professionally. They go uneven with measurements and want to finish your hair cut as soon as possible.
She completed my hair cut in 5 minutes

I’ve been to great clips in the past but this one was very bad. The service was awful and the barber didn’t seem to care about how he’s cutting the hair.

They keep notes of past hair cuts. That makes life easy to pick out the same one. The stylist were knowledgeable enough to understand. There was a slight language barrier and gap but nothing that could not be solved easily enough. Overall I recommend for a simple haircut.
Just remember, it is a Great clip so service is similar to that. But among other such stores this one is good enough to recommend.

I should have listened to the reviews. The staff was not overly friendly (on the verge of being annoyed with my presence) and I should have taken this hint and left. I expressed my want to keep most of my length, but I desperately needed a cut. It had been a considerable amount of time since my last haircut. My hair was down to my waist and I asked for a trim (2-3 inches) and to redefine layers. 20 minutes later (and 12 inches shorter) and I now have shoulder length hair with some layers as short as my chin. Do NOT go here unless you want a terrible experience.

Staff is super rude, don’t cut the hairs properly. I came out covered full of hairs.
Zero hygiene and cleanness. After all such mess staff have the audacity to even ask for tips.

i would rate this location Negative. Do not go to this location just because it is Cheap....there is a new Asian Lady who doesnt speak English well she does horrible hair cut, she does not have any Experience at all....we all can understand its ok Experience not matters, but what concersn is her attitude, when i ask her to fix her bad hair cut she got frustated and started cutting my hair deliberatly too short.....thank god i intervened stopped her and asked the other Experienced lady to fix my hair.
neverthless i'm not going back again there...so bad....so worst.

Got the worst haircut of my life here. The guy was sullen, rude and in a hurry. Couldn't be bothered to care about the cut.Never going back.
