I bought Microsoft Office 2019. When I tried to install it, a question was asked "what country do I do most of my banking"? Interestingly the United States was not listed. I called them to ask questions and they said they would call back. Then my credit card company called me telling me I have a fraud alert placed on my card. The amount listed on their website was different from what I was charged on my card. It was never installed on my computer and I don't trust them. Buyer Beware!!

I bought some software from great american computer, AFTER I paid for it I was told that the license key needed to run the software was “out of stock” and that I had to wait 12 hours to get it. 24 hours after I was told in a chat that I had to wait another 12 hours in order to get the key. That kind of info must be disclosed BEFORE the customer pay, I needed the software in order to finish a computer for a client and now I don’t know when I’m going to deliver it thanks to great american computer

I bought some software from great american computer, after paying for it I received a message saying that the license key needed to use the software is out of stock and I should wait 12 hours to get it. After almost 24 hours later, when I'm typing this review, I was told that I have to wait another 12 hours. That kind of info must be disclosed at the moment of the purchase, not after. I was finishing a computer I assembled for a client and now, thanks to great american computer, I don't know when I'm going to deliver it. This company REALLY SUCKS!!!

Excellent online company. Great support in the chat. I received my email, downloaded, installed and activated my Office Professional within 10 minutes of the purchase.

The website is a bit plain vanilla (stock photos?) and it was hard to find much out about the company, but my purchase went well. I was having trouble installing the product after purchase, but the tech was very responsive and got everything working. I'd check them out again.

Agree with the other reviewer, this place screams scam: 1) They sell lifetime Office 365 subscriptions, which isn't a thing (search Google and you'll find lots of pages saying that lifetime Office 365 subscriptions aren't available) 2) Google does not list this company in their search results because Microsoft filed a DMCA complaint against them (see link below) saying: "The following site is engaging in misrepresenting themselves as Microsoft Corporation using or logo, products and selling counterfeit software online. The website is also infringing on the logo and trademark which we have not authorized."

I'm looking into this company to see if is an actual good deal for me and my family to purchase from, so far I have found 100% reviews from at least two review websites (out of 18,000+ all are 5 stars?, come on), what I noticed was the reviews were on the same day and were no more than a short sentence saying I'm happy with this company and I got what I needed but nothing on the BBB website, they do give them an A+. The pictures used all look like stock photos and on two different websites the addresses are different. This company has been in business for 17 years though. I found in a chat that people are saying that the prices are so low because the downloads and what they are selling are probably pirated. I would not suggest this company because the prices seem to good to be true and it feels a little off. There are currently 5, 5 star un-recommended reviews here that are stating what I mentioned about how great things are all by people who look like stock photo people.
