It is a place where products of various categories are purchased at reasonable prices and the profits are used to do good business.

I’ll give this location a 4 star due to the good finds you can get here
Public rating 2 stars
The workers here are sooooooooOoo rude it’s insane
This girl was extremely rude and it showed
More alone she’s a volunteer worker
I asked after 10 mins of waiting around the fitting room to see if anyone would come I kindly asked her “ if she can help us open the fitting room “
She said no she don’t have the key
I said okayyyyyy can you help us get help to have it open ? She told me no I have to go walk and find a worker to help
Mean while she was just standing there fixing hangers looking missable
If you’re there to volunteer that means help?
I’m prettt sure that those hangers of clothes would still be there after taking a few mins to get help for us
15 mins later she comes with the key
Rude opening the door won’t be going back to this location
Only nice worker there was a little bit older lady with glasses bless her heart

EXPENSIVE … GW you’re a “nonprofit” you get items for free, every dollar you make is a 1000% profit and yet you over price the items… you’re ripping off people

Rude and unhelpful employees who don’t care about properly sorting donated goods

Pros: good selection. Cons: one or two really rude employees pushing racks like they wanted to run over customers.

1/10/24 2:45 pm - i took up 14 shirts including my best find: a patagonia shirt!!! a male curly black haired cashier took/snuck my patagonia shirt behind the plexiglass for himself without me knowing. never to be seen again by me. I didn't know it until I got home. went back but can't prove anything. him and his manager fist bumped as i was leaving.

They became much more profitable commercial. They are no longer charity. They are very selective on your donations. They don't want something that don't look good for resale. They charge $25 for furniture donations. Yes that is way too crazy. Their resale prices are crazy high, even more expensive than brand new in retail stores... I don't see the points they deserve the name "good will"!!

They charge $25 per piece of furniture to accept the donation. You read that right. You pay THEM to donate your furniture. It's cheaper to take it to the dump. So much for trying to cut down on how much we're putting in a landfill.

Are spending regular store prices for donated clothes is so crazy. The people here are so rude they upped charge for items and the customer service is horrible paying $100 for just a couple items that they don’t even wash they just throw on hangers is really sick. Goodwill is so money hungry

This place is such a scam, was looking for pieces for a halloween costume and a wig was $30 and that's USED!! Almost everything is priced at $10+ and most of it is from Shein, romwe, etc. where you can buy them for the same price and new. They resell using new item pricing and considering everything is donated, that's just sad, sorry to all the people who are in need and can't even afford things from goodwill because they're so greedy!
