I was looking for a car after turning in my car back into ford because of the lemon law and needed a car asap. I found a 2007 Lexus GS 450h on carfax.com. the car was clean and had 80k original miles. Me and my wife called Luiz who was one of the owners and said he would meet us there to see the car. We test drove the car and when we were done we told him we would go and take 1 last look before making the purchase final. Long story short, I didn't find anything remotely close to the lexus in mileage or price. I told him of the situation with the sensor and he took off the price for getting it repaired. I'm very happy with my purchase from Pride Motors and would do business with them again!

Had a great experience today. They are a smaller used car dealership with a remote lot. Location is a little odd but still fairly easy to find. Let them know you are coming in advance and they can have the car ready for you. We went for a test drive, set our budget and they worked with it. We had cash so we didn't need to secure financing. They got most of the paperwork ready by the time we arrived to pick up the car. They were very transparent about the vehicle history. Overall pleasant and smooth purchase would buy from again in the future.

Loved working with Luis who was easygoing and straightforward. He bought our "trade-in" even though we didn't end up buying from him. This small shop has really good values and a variety of attractive options on their lot.

Car dealerships need to realize they serve us and not the other way around. I could go to 10 different used car dealerships in the area, which I will be doing after my experience with this location. Generally unpleasant people, prices that are outrageous, and the kinds of salesman that let you find out with issues in your car after you buy it. Don't go to this location.

Lied and Manipulated me. Told me I need to put a deposit down if I want to hold a vehicle. Days after putting the deposit down they tell me the price is non-negotiable Never would have put down a deposit if I had known that the price was not negotiable. Offered to take $100 off like it would help the situation at all which was quite insulting considering the deposit was more that what they were offering to help. Then refused to refund the deposit. Terrible place, bad manners, run by liars.

I had a very pleasant experience with doing business with this dealership, the owner Mr Samir was very patient with showing me the car of my interest and showed me the points about Carfax, and the last owner of care of this vehicle and driving it all and all was very note able positive transaction and he gave me ample time to be able to arrange my financing with my credit union, I can not say more about this dealership.

They were responsive and easy to work with. We took the car to get it checked out and it was in great shape, other than the tires being about 1/2 through their lifespan. Made a fair deal, very happy. Hadn't bought a used car in a while, would be nice to have a "guide" for buying a new car and payment methods that were acceptable, however we worked it out. Thank you Ed! It was a pleasure to work with you! We'll be in the market for another used car in 2 years when it's time to buy one for our daughter!

Such an amazing experience here. Ed helped me for the majority of my time. I walked in and was able to test drive my car right away. They allowed me to take it to a couple different mechanics in order to see if anything was wrong. There was a slight leak in the coolant and I drove with him to their mechanic to get it fixed right away. Other than that, I they made me feel welcomed and consistently offered me food and water during the whole process. They were very patient with me, as this was my first time buying a used car and receiving a loan. The car was immaculately clean and a great price! I am very grateful for my experience there and so pleased with my purchase. Thanks again!

We found this place through Car gurus app And they really quick set me app with an appointment. The process it was really quick and easy they, The guy as an actitud which It was not a big of deal but the main thing is that we got everything ready with in 30 minutes we left with a 2007 Honda CR-V 90K milles on it. We drive from Daly city to San Jose In the way back the dash through some lights on and the car stop in the middle on the freeway I call they guy that I want to return the car and he say NO No really quick. But we went back he give me the money back. Also he refused to fuel the car with Gas which all other dealer does Bad experience here :( 1 Stars that's what they deserved from me.

Pride Motors was a better experience than I anticipated. Being that this was my first time purchasing a used car (I'm a graduating senior in college), what was most important to me was fair prices, transparent non-condescending staff, and a solid product. Prices: I felt that Pride has quite fair prices across the board and within the Kelley Blue Book price range. I was pleased with the price I purchased the Subaru for. Staff: Ed from Pride was super polite and easy to contact. The whole buying experience was very positive--they were honest and readily provided all documentation/info on the car I was interested in. They allowed me to take as long as I'd like to test drive and inspect the vehicle. After finding some minor repairs that the car needed, I was able to have the price lowered without much hassle. Product: After a few days with the car, it's too early to tell. But given the service history and the diagnosis from my local mechanic, the car is in great shape and should last for years. One thing that I noticed from some other reviews was that the lot itself appeared scketchy. Yes, it is behind some other buildings and isn't the most aesthetic, but that honestly doesn't matter that much at the end of the day. Great experience!

Ronnie at the San Carlos location gave me the best experience out of all the dealerships I looked around at. I stopped by briefly and came back the next day to test drive, and he was not pushy at all. Pride Motors keeps a beautiful selection of vehicles. He really knows his stuff and answered all my questions. I was satisfied with our negotiation and I LOVE my new car! I got a 2014 VW Passat in beautiful condition, with a consistent service record on Carfax that was provided, and Ronnie even had it buffed before I came to pick it up. I had my own mechanic do a full inspection and everything is good! Thank you Ronnie

DISHONEST DEALER! PLEASE READRight after I bought the car the ac started tripping. He offered to get fixed but gave me the run around. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Go to a reputable dealer.UPDATE: Week 3, found out battery was bad!UPDATE #2: He said the car had been in no accidents, even showed me the carfax. I have since had issues with my wheel being crooked and took it to a shop. I was told the car has been in at least one collision. The bumper is now falling off, I have had this car for like 2 months.

Very professional in how they conducted business, no hassles, no pressure and very patient with the questions my wife and I had. Personally I couldn't have asked for a better experience, not sure about the issues others have had but I was pleasantly happy with my purchase.
