There’s an employee named Audrey (medium height, Asian girl) who won’t let you try on sizes of clothing unless you promise to buy it. Have never heard of that before. I wanted a shirt in a smaller size. They didn’t have it in the back or on the display table. However, they had it on a mannequin and when I asked politely if I could get that one… she made a big deal out it claiming she could only give it to me if I promised to buy it. Guess it’s too much work for them. Appalled that I have to essentially promise to buy something before trying it on just out of convenience for them.

There was a girl in there who wouldn’t let me shop in peace I was going to pick up an item I had bought already online, but I wanted to see if they had anything I could grab that I liked. The girl kept circling back to me about these shirts, like if I was going to steal them or something? The whole store was full of people, but she kept going back to me? Like hello? I told her I was fine the first time. Not, once did she go to ask someone else for help because I was aware. And I know why. The majority was people who were lighter skin. Anything I did she would follow. I picked a shirt to also pay for, and was going to get the item I had ordered online. Mind you she goes with the girl who’s working the register to be there with her. I thought she was helping people out on the floor? Never have I experienced this. Guess you can’t shop there if you don’t fit their model skin criteria of fair tone skin.

i was lucky to come in when it wasnt busy so everything was quick and easy. its a small store, semi well organized and the employees are meh but not the worst

The girl with the glasses went above and beyond. So helpful and got me a fitting room right away. Didn’t get her name but she was really nice, and helpful. First time going here too :)

Literally the rudest employees. Asked if I could wear a shirt out and was told yes and to let the cashier know. Waited in line and was very rudely told I could not and it was policy. Which is fine but actually train your employees because it was really uncomfortable and not to mention my friends with me also were unhappy with the rude customer service we received. Staff was too busy talking about get blacked out over their weekend or whatever. It was literally my birthday and I will not be returning.

The clothes In the store were really cute and the music playing was good but the manger there(Joycelyn I think her name was) Was being super abnxious and rude. She was in the Fittings rooms gossiping with her other workers about customers shopping in the store. Overall it made Me super uncomfortable and I wouldn't go back.

The cloths are cute but the customer service is so awful. They basically close the fitting room whenever they want. Fitting room suppose to close at 8 but I was there around 7:30ish and they already close it without any announcement. This happened everytime I went there.

there were 3 total people working and they closed the fitting rooms and refused to allow us to try on clothes before our purchase. Seems pretty lazy to me.

I can't believe how rude and uneducated and unprofessional the manager is! The girl there had no idea how to treat customer right! She had absolutely no respect! So today I tried to return a pair of sweatpants that I bought last week from this store! I unattached the tag when I try it but them found it was too loose for me so I decided to return it! I went today with my pants, my tags and my receipts! Like literally everything! But the manager refused to return in a really rude voice because she said I shouldn't unattach the pants! But I have the tags with me! Just put it on with your tag gun like every other stores! How hard it is! This lazy rude manager absolutely made my day! Still can't believe!

The name of this store should be Garbage. It would better match its quality of service and clothing. Can’t even afford to provide paying customers with disposable masks. Although they had no problem letting my purchase clothing with out a mask 3 weeks ago, they refuse to let me make a return with out one on. How desperate can you be?

My fiancé was treated like trash here cuz she couldn’t find her mask. She had her 3 month old with her and they couldn’t even offer a disposable mask. Happy to take her shopping elsewhere. Terrible business.
