Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.

Most items are made from cotton. Great for people with sensitive skin or hates static from manmade fabrics. Most items have regular, petite, tall, plus, and maternity sizes. Very inclusive. Quality items at affordable prices. Easy returns. My go-to store for clothing.

Store had everything I wanted—jeans—but it was a disaster! Clothes on shelves were unfolded and misplaced—and one changing room was literally overflowing with items that needed to be re-folded and re-stocked. Seemed like the store had been slammed the day before, as, in additions to the disarray, they also had no bags.

Never had worse customer service than I had today. Employees had to be asked to type in a gift card because it wasn’t scanning, claimed dressing rooms were full when they were empty and just had doors locked, and generally felt like they had no interest in customers or being there at all.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful!!! The store is clear and bright! Very convenient at Westfield!!!I bought some clothes on Black Friday and they turned out to be too large for me! Called to check whether this store had my size before coming in! The staff were super helpful to check the items for me and helped me to hold them by leaving my name! After coming in, checked with the cashier by providing my name! They got my clothes ready! Returned and matched the price to get the clothes! Great experience!!!

The staff at gap are so friendly and awesome . During pandemic if a place has fitting rooms open and can try clothes is a bonus . If you're friendly , patient and nice to the staff they are willing to help you out .

Looking for some clothing for my 6 years old niece. Gap kids in valley fair is quite pricey. Similar leggings can be bought at target for $10. It's 2-3 times more at Gap kids.

I don't know about all the bad reviews, but all the staff members are friendly and willing to help you so long as you're patient and respectful. Due to the pandemic, all stores are a little hectic but all associates at this location are helpful and have great work ethic. They are working with what they can, and I appreciate all their effort to make everyone's shopping experience great. I was helped by Estrella at the register and she had an amazing attitude and made my shopping trip fun! She's a great employee, thanks Estrella!

Curbside pickup was hassle free. Parked in the lot opposite to the store and marked I'm here using email instructions. Super prompt and COVID-19 proof pickup.
