This location is great. Customer service is great. But I'll have to stick to online pre orders. I was told a figure was coming in and I would get a call when it arrived. I was lied to. I called everyday was instructed to call back at a certain time then I was told It arrived and was sold. Sorry.

They had what I needed (a used grey joycon) there was a problem with it but the exchange was not a problem.
