We had a leaking toilet and Fuse sent a technician within a few hours of the Yelp request. The inspection was free and the quote was reasonable. Our issue was resolved same day, we would use this company again for future problems.

BIGGEST complaint. Do not like workers in my house until 6:30pm at night. This is now 2 days in a row. Work should stop by 5:00pm.

The company is a scam. They do not have technicians who are qualified to work on HVAC and I wish I'd actually asked to see their license when the person visited. We called them up because our AC wasn't cooling. The person came and charged $99 as diagnostic fee (which is fine, they said they would) and said that there was no refrigerant. They need to perform a leak test for which they charged another $500. During this visit, the technician said they did not find any leak and had no idea why the system was empty of refrigerant. The technician was also about the leave our premises by keeping some of our tubes exposed. Note: They had cut open the insulation to test for leaks, but forgot about fixing it back up. Then they said they need another $900 to refill the system. At this point I started getting suspicious because no other company agreed to do refrigerant recharge before understanding the problem, yet this company had no issues in doing so. I asked multiple times to understand why the system was empty and they said 'don't know'. I still trusted them and the ac worked for about a month and stopped. At this point I called in another company and they said none of what FUSE did was right. The compressor had been broken for months. When I called back FUSE, they conveniently said that the compressor was working and now it must have broken. How a compressor breaks down in a month, beats me. At this point, I'm fairly certain that they're just here to replace parts and make money.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS BEWARE of this company. They install new mini split air conditioner at my house. They told me to buy the expensive brand from them and it will last longer. So I paid for the new Mitsubishi they sold me plus there labor to install. Come with three years labor warranty and ten years machine warranty. After they install about six months the water leak from the hose connector soaked my room. I find out they used the old wires from my old machine and just install new machine without running new wires Into my house. They come back to fix it, and now the same leak happened again. The job was done April 2023. Now is June 2024. They block my phone, so I told my wife to call with a different numbers, they pickup the phone right away. They said they will come. Since after three days that my wife call. No one come. So BEWARE. They will not come back after you paid. They will give you the tail light warranty. This is what happened to us. I am in the process of reporting this company to Sacramento contractor license board, and will take them to small claims court.

The technician showed up on time. He found the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. We'll ask them for help when needed.

Replaced a 12 year old AC unit. The company was very responsive and able to replace the old unit within a few days of our call. The project technician, Andrew, was courteous and very efficient in getting the job completed. The system is currently operating as advertised.

Sam contacted me after reading my original review. He sincerely apologized for any inconvenience, and generously made things right and restored my confidence in using them for future needs, as I have done in the past (before the most recent appt).

My heater wasn't working and kept tripping the circuit breaker, so the technician did a diagnostic. He told me there was nothing wrong with my heater and the problem was due to a short in my Nest device and wanted to sell me a new one well beyond the price I could get on Amazon, and wanted to charge a lot for installation. I told him no, and replaced the device myself. The problem didn't go away. I had a different company come out, and they noticed that a motor in the heater was broken, and fixed it quickly. This is only one technician and one service call, but it has undermined my confidence in Fuse. They also have continuously bombarded me with emails ever since.

The technician Stefan is very polite and capable. He patiently explained the problem and his solution for my water softener pump. He solved my flooding issue from my crawlspace that might be caused by insufficient capacity of my old pump. He also went beyond and above to redo my drain pipe outdoor for proper drainage.

Dmytro came to install our EV charger and also fixed an issue we were having after installing a Ring doorbell ourselves. He was very patient, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Would definitely recommend Dmytro and Fuse for all your electrician needs.

I used them 3 times: 1) They correctly diagnosed what was wrong with our central HVAC and fixed it. 2) They replaced a light switch. 3) They replaced a light switch and installed a bathroom light fixture. The technician Vitalii was professional, friendly, and thorough in his work. Highly recommend this business.

David came out to remove my old furnace and ductwork, and replace with a new furnace and air conditioning system. David is a hard worker and often worked later than 5 o clock to complete the project in 4 days. He is a great person to work with and communicated each step of the project. A+
