“Wow, what a company. I met these guys in Costco. Their claims seemed too good to be true and they couldn't answer all my questions. So I went to the showroom. I was floored. Seriously, so impressed with the sales staff and the showroom. I had them configure and reconfigure the model couch at least a dozen times. They all answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to save money. When the smoke cleared I got 35% off my purchase and got the best couch I have ever sat in. It is kinda weird getting it in FedEx. When I got my couch, their truck was full of LoveSac couches. The driver is all "I get a ton of these". But after I unboxed it and put it tougher, I am amazed. The sound system is the best I have ever purchased. I can literally feel the sound when I turn it on. It emanates from all around me. Then I realized I needed more couch. No problem, I got a new quote with the same discount.”

“Been on a hunt for a dinning table that sat 8 people or more and bar stools looked around and got ridiculous amounts and they wer not the style we wer looking for and also not even an attempt to help us,mind you we also live in scotts valley so shopping around made it really hard, but when I came into the store we wer greeted right away and asked what we wer looking for and also allowed us to look freely then when we had questions NELSON was the guy to help us, he didn't come just tryna sale us things he was real and also mind you we came in with our 4 kids and also was welcoming to them anyways we found something we wer able to make our own set and we just loved it and for a really affordable price, he also delivered to us within the same week and had them install everything and they wer kind as well, would definitely come back here for more furniture, honestly loved everything about this experience”

“I'm not sure why they only have 2.5 stars. I had such a good experience purchasing a bbq island from them, and I'd totally recommend them to anyone who's looking for patio furniture and BBQ stuff. It's a huge showroom and they have tons of items for you to buy off the floor. They also have options for custom orders, but the lead time is quite long (8-10 weeks for a custom island). I decided to buy the floor display since I liked the look of it, and I have zero patience. =D Mike was friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable; he explained things very clearly, so I knew exactly what I was buying. He was never pushy and I really appreciate that in a salesperson. I can't speak about the furniture prices, but for the bbq islands, they were a fair price in comparison to online websites like wayfair, bbqguys, overstock, etc. -- especially for the quality! I will say that there weren't a ton of options for bbq islands, but the one I chose was exactly what I was looking for, so I can't complain. 10/10 would recommend you to support this local shop!”

She had to hunt for the only 2 sets left in the store for me. There were two other gentlemen (spoke Spanish fluently), both excellent service too!Challenges:*I think when people complain about customer services or the store, they tend to forget how incredibly challenging store work is. If there is a small problem and we as a customer can deal with it with frankly minimum inconvenience, i say just let that go and not write a nasty review here. The staff are not out to get you. I think when you are a nice customer, you usually don:t get terrible service. Can I get an Amen?”
