I initially called to find out if they had the Fjords recliner we were interested in and was impressed by Linh's familiarity with stock on hand. At their Santa Clara showroom (which is packed with beautiful imported furniture), we purchased a floor sample and--with Linh's help--managed to fit it into our SUV and thus avoid a charge for delivery to Stockton. “Wow, what a company. I met these guys in Costco. Their claims seemed too good to be true and they couldn't answer all my questions. So I went to the showroom. I was floored. Seriously, so impressed with the sales staff and the showroom. I had them configure and reconfigure the model couch at least a dozen times. They all answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to save money. When the smoke cleared I got 35% off my purchase and got the best couch I have ever sat in. It is kinda weird getting it in FedEx. When I got my couch, their truck was full of LoveSac couches. The driver is all "I get a ton of these". But after I unboxed it and put it tougher, I am amazed. The sound system is the best I have ever purchased. I can literally feel the sound when I turn it on. It emanates from all around me. Then I realized I needed more couch. No problem, I got a new quote with the same discount.”
“I'm not sure why they only have 2.5 stars. I had such a good experience purchasing a bbq island from them, and I'd totally recommend them to anyone who's looking for patio furniture and BBQ stuff. It's a huge showroom and they have tons of items for you to buy off the floor. They also have options for custom orders, but the lead time is quite long (8-10 weeks for a custom island). I decided to buy the floor display since I liked the look of it, and I have zero patience. =D Mike was friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable; he explained things very clearly, so I knew exactly what I was buying. He was never pushy and I really appreciate that in a salesperson. I can't speak about the furniture prices, but for the bbq islands, they were a fair price in comparison to online websites like wayfair, bbqguys, overstock, etc. -- especially for the quality! I will say that there weren't a ton of options for bbq islands, but the one I chose was exactly what I was looking for, so I can't complain. 10/10 would recommend you to support this local shop!”
“Been on a hunt for a dinning table that sat 8 people or more and bar stools looked around and got ridiculous amounts and they wer not the style we wer looking for and also not even an attempt to help us,mind you we also live in scotts valley so shopping around made it really hard, but when I came into the store we wer greeted right away and asked what we wer looking for and also allowed us to look freely then when we had questions NELSON was the guy to help us, he didn't come just tryna sale us things he was real and also mind you we came in with our 4 kids and also was welcoming to them anyways we found something we wer able to make our own set and we just loved it and for a really affordable price, he also delivered to us within the same week and had them install everything and they wer kind as well, would definitely come back here for more furniture, honestly loved everything about this experience”

“While I am a long - time TARGET customer and even though there are ups and downs in retail everywhere, this store is obviously a great store -- always busy and the help are friendly at the same time and know the merchandise in the aisles really well. I also like the food service at the front of the store. Really nice!”
“Ha-Rim, an excellent rep very knowledgeable of his product and looks out for the best interest of his customer. King size, sand bed frame with all the techs and gizmos, this was a great find, as we continue to enjoy our sleep and read the profile info on our sleeping habits which was advised by Ha-Rim. As I said wouldn't of gone anywhere else, he is the person and place to be when you're ready to invest in a bed, even approved by the NFL. White glove hand delivery including building and putting things together and informing on the tech that goes with the bed and unit.”
