I was first discouraged by the negative reviews for this place but my experience with Furniture Discounters was very positive. My partner and I went to many chain furniture stores (Ashley, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, IKEA, and World Market), before Furniture Discounters. We found quality and design in the same place at this store. Anthony was great! He gave us all the information we needed and the space to decide without any pressure. He was very responsive and helpful during the time we were waiting for our new furniture. The furniture was delivered on time and the crew were wonderful! I love the smell of our leather couch and the chairs are soft and comfortable. The quality of craftsmanship is up to my standards. I even checked the couch and it’s made with real wood, not particle board, as promised. I cannot speak to the longevity of the product yet but hoping they last a lifetime. I highly recommend this place and if you need anything, you can trust that Anthony will provide you with great service.

the best furniture store, Anthony is a great person to deal with, has the best communication skills. not only honest but his delivery promises was right on target, i ordered the couch and love seat on Wednesday, and he delivered it on Friday morning, also the delivery guys were so professional in unpacking the furniture and setting them up in my living room, very happy with this purchase. thank you very much Anthony.

A Very Happy customer! This year we were desperately hunting for a nice L shape sofa with a medium firm density cushion. After visiting several shops both online and actual shops, we only found sofas with very soft cushions until we (luckily) found Furniture Discounters on google map. I was thrilled to find the L shaped sofa, along with customized density cushion (3 types) and fabric. We also got an option to choose the fabric (standard vs performance) and design patterns. Anthony was very welcoming and helped answer all our questions patiently. Sofa was delivered quickly within 4 weeks. We also ended up buying a queen sized mattress with medium firm foam density. The prices are reasonable and service is exceptional too!

Our experience with Furniture Discounters was top of the line! Anthony was extremely helpful with our selection of new dining room chairs. He knew exactly what we were looking for and found it in the catalog. We had our 12 new chairs delivered to our home in 6 days!! With the best price we could have imagined and extremely high quality. We have bought the majority of our furniture from Anthony at Furniture Discounters. We like their microfiber cloth customizable sofas very much - we get it for the exact size, design and firmness that we want, plus our cats don't scratch or bite the microfiber surface, it is durable, and all for a good price. We also like the collection of mid-century modern they carry. Anthony has always provided us with great service with a friendly attitude, and is not a pushy salesman. His delivery guys are also very professional and top notch. Would definitely recommend chatting to Anthony especially if you're looking for customizable sofas with microfiber surfaces.

Buying your first furniture together with your partner is an important step. Well its not that simple, takes arguments, sacrifice and lot of patience. Only if there was a patient, cheerful and knowledge person to help you make the right decision. Glad that this happened at Furniture Discounters and Anthony was there to help us make the right choice. Really loved the collection, the customer service and delivery & assembly service provided by them. Typing this sitting on our new comfortable furniture.

I recently purchased a premium leather sofa and love seat from Furniture Discounters, and I wanted to share my overall positive experience with potential customers. Great Service: From the moment we walked in, the owner, Anthony, was very helpful. He patiently answered all our questions, and while we initially felt that he was primarily attuned to price considerations (we were more interested in the overall value proposition), he ultimately provided expert guidance without any pressure. He was friendly and knowledgeable, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Delivery and Installation: The delivery and installation were smooth. The Furniture Discounters team arrived on time, were professional and quickly installed the sofa. Minor Hiccup and Stellar Resolution: A few days later, I noticed a couple of loose stitches on the sofa. I contacted Anthony, and he was immediately responsive. He sent an associate to take photos. However, there was a lack of communication gap for a while, and I wasn't sure what was happening. To my surprise, when I followed up a month later, Anthony explained he'd consulted with the manufacturer, who denied any fault in the stitching. While I appreciated Anthony's honesty I was frustrated with the implication (that we were at fault) and expressed my disappointment . To my delight, he took full responsibility and offered a free replacement instead of just a repair. True to his word, the replacement arrived promptly, and the issue was resolved completely. Overall: Despite the initial communication gap, I was impressed with Anthony's commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, and I appreciate his dedication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Furniture Discounters to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and great customer service.

From sofa's to beds, to dining room table and more they have a huge selection ready to go and they can custom make and order anything you like. Hello :) KJ here. We bought a 3 and 2 seater sofa and a dining table set 3 weeks ago. Sofa was microfiber and dining table was a simple one with 4 chairs that could be made bigger. Anthony y owner was very helpful throughout. He helped us customize the sofas. We could choose the color, kind of fabric and also the cushions (got the firmest one). Dining table was sturdier than it looked and he explained the different options including why a rectangular one was better than a circular one. Price overall was fair though with the customizations done Anthony couldn't lower the prices more. That's fine. Service was better than name branded chains and we're glad we drove out of our way to this store. In rain too! Delivery was also sooner than expected, in less than 2 weeks. They also picked up our old furniture too for a small fee. We'd recommend this store and Anthony to anyone who's looking for sofa and more. Wish you the very best.

Fantastic experience here!! Anthony is such a gem, and he provided excellent customer service both times my partner and I visited. Anthony is super nice, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We came in one weekend after an already exhausting search for a new couch and dining table. Anthony greeted us, let us look around for a bit, and then once he saw we had a few choices in mind, came around to answer all of our questions and also educate us on the different fabric types, quality of furniture, etc. He was very professional, but also so friendly and welcoming.
We ended up leaving, going to about 5 additional furniture stores, only to come back the following day to close the deal on a couch and dining table that we really loved. Delivery and set-up were free, and our final price for the dining table and couch was absolutely unmatchable anywhere else. It's been 4 days since we've had our furniture, and we are beyond happy. Thank you so much, Anthony!! We will definitely be back for more furniture soon, and we will recommend this place to our friends!

Overall, the quality of our new leather sectional is fantastic and the customer service (Anthony) was exceptional.After visiting several other furniture stores, we purchased a leather sectional with automated recliners and wireless charger from Furniture Discounters. We were expecting several days for delivery but Anthony contacted us after just a few days and had our new sectional delivered and set up quickly. The wireless charging feature wasn't working as expected, so we contacted Anthony and he had someone come over the next day to inspect it. They ended up re-ordering a new part and fixed the charger and delivered it very quickly and with minimal issues.We will definitely go back to them for any future furniture purchases we may need.

Bought a recliner sofa from furniture discounters. Anthony is the best, answered all our queries and explained to us all the details of what we are buying. Delivery was fast too and Anthony made some adjustments to deliver our couch on our desired day and time. I recommend this store for someone looking for a great quality furniture.
