I have a 2015 F150 and was having throttle and idling issues. Leo Caudillo service tech and Javier the transmission technician provided me updates as soon as possible and treated me in a very respectful manner. I will take my truck to be serviced at Frontier Ford anytime I have trouble. Thank you for the positive interaction.

I have been purchasing, leasing, and servicing my fleet of Ford vehicles at Frontier Ford for decades. I have been to other Ford dealerships, and always come back to Frontier. They are number one in my book. They're always friendly and helpful, and their service department is second to none. There is one star employee that makes all the difference for me. His name is Leo Caudillo. He takes every single question that I have (no matter how insignificant) seriously and always addresses my concerns. He's always available when I call and always delivers my vehicles on time (or before). He is professional, courteous, and friendly. Everybody in the service department is great. Always helpful and willing to help each other when the lines are long. They all deserve recognition for their customer service and dedication to the company. I'm looking forward to my next Ford vehicle and will be doing bustiness with Frontier Ford when the time comes. I highly recommend this dealership and their exceptional service department.

Brought my like new GT350 in for a simple oil change. When I returned home there were multiple oil spots on my driveway and oil residue on the exhaust and undercarriage. Shortcuts were obviously taken to make “flat rate” time on the job. Contacted Frontier Ford on several platforms and zero reply.

At this rate, I am hoping to have my car sometime next year. It is impossible to get information from anyone in the service department without involving Ford Corporate to inquire on your behalf. The last communication I have received was on October 24th stating I should hear back on the warranty status within a day or two. I am incredibly disheartened by the service I've received here. The vehicle has less than 40K miles and already requires a brand new engine, and the repairs alone will take two weeks minimum. In the meantime, I am without any sort of loaner vehicle or rental, so I am paying out of pocket for travel. I understand it might be busy, but that can be applied to any industry. I hope communication is a future priority for the service department, but as it stands I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership at all.

Frontier Ford is hands down one of the best Ford Dealerships in the Bay Area. I have financed 2 mustangs from here as well as getting all of my cars’ services done. The staff is extremely informative with the service process and they are exceptional with explaining the multi point inspection. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or service your ford!

The first time I took my electric vehicle for check they initially included an oil engine change on the quote. I said nothing and later in the day they called me to say they misquoted me -- which I appreciated. So when my car complained about 12V battery issue, I called them to book appointment. I said I needed the loaner and the person on the call told me to just tell them when I bring the car. So I did. It is $60/day rental and diagnostic can take up to 3-4 days. They use a call center for scheduling, so that is that. And if I was going to be an unhappy customer, they told me to go to a different dealer. So I will.

I'm the past I thought of Ford as a reputable establishment and had trust in this company. I will never buy another Ford or take my 2 Ford vehicles here for service. My daughter's car had some electrical issues. The quote frontier ford was $9600 and that was after a $520 diagnostic. We got a second opinion and the issue was fixed for $295. Total crooks and they treated me like I was a stupid woman when I questioned them. I did give them an opportunity to make things right but it fell on deaf ears. This review includes service from Kim, Jesus, Ryan and a complete lack of follow up from Kevin Bettencourt.

I have taken our 2019 Ford Expedition truck down to Frontier ford a couple of times and each time it has been a very poor experience.One time i brought it in for an A/c gas leak repair and I was told they fixed it but it leaked agsin within a month and now they refuse to cover under warranty, I feel they may not even have diagnosed the matter and just recharged the gas and given it back to me.The fan to the rear makes a loud noise on max and I was told that is normal.The transmission needed a diagnostics and they kept the vehicle for over two weeks and asked me to pick it up after two weeks saying that it would take as much as three months to run diagnostics and repair.One another occasion the keys to the truck were "lost" and I waited over an hour for someone to recover the keys from a technician who had walked off with the keys.Very unfortunate.

I brought my brand new FORD MUSTANG MACH E for service for a faulty Pre collision warning front camera malfunction.They attempted to fix the problem with a download. This did not work.They had me bring the car in a second time and a failed repair a second time.After the second failed attempt at repairing this serious problem, they advised me to wait 6 weeks for the part needed to resolve the problem.It has been over 3 months. I have called the GM and Leo the service advisor multiple times without any response or resolution.I have called the Ford manufacturer as well, who have advised me to contact the dealer!.Please note that I am reviewing this after 30 calls to the dealer with no response or attempt to call me back.I'm sick over this and very sad as I bought a FORD to support the American car industry.It has been a very negative experience with Frontoer Ford.I wish it was different. My car is still not repaired.

One morning around April this year, I came here for my daily maintenance. A service advisor who seemed to be named Leo or something suddenly told me that I couldn't change the oil in my car because the cap was too tight to pour out the used oil. And he tried to induce me to buy and replace the oil pan with a new one! (If I purchased this service, it would cost me over two thousand dollars!)To cap this off, I immediately googled and had my oil change done at another private car care shop down the street. Although I paid a few dozen dollars more for an oil change than at this Ford store, it saved me more than two thousand dollars in unnecessary expenses!(The report I later found at a third-party testing agency was that there was nothing wrong with my oil pan. The oil stains on the surface of the oil pan were accidentally put on by previous workers. I haven't had any problems with my car since I had my oil change done in April at that private car care shop I mentioned. The only light on the dashboard was because the tire pressure sensor of one tire failed).Therefore, I am really disappointed with you. I feel that the service attitude and professionalism are not as good as last year. I'm grateful to the lady who served me last year (I forgot her name), but what I encountered this year was very unpleasant! Therefore, I will choose other Ford stores to complete my vehicle's future maintenance work.

Frontier Ford has many things going for it.... The dealership itself is nice and pleasant while waiting for routine service. Free wifi, a decent coffee machine and a vending machine. Not to mention, plenty of places w in walking distance. I haven't purchased a car here since 2017, so I can not speak for the sales department. I do recall that when I found my fusion online in Fairfield, it was transferred to frontier ford so I could purchase the vehicle w x-plan pricing at the time. So I did all the leg work. As for the service department, I've been servicing my 3 ford vehicles here for years.... I must say that it is not until recently, last year or so, that I've been happy with frontier fords honesty and great communication. I have spent the last year going to Frank Puga who has helped me service my 3 fords, two of which needed major repairs due to design flaws on Fords part. Frank makes sure that the service reps stay on schedule and does an excellent job communicating to me the consumer with status updates on my vehicles. I really appreciate Franks honesty. He doesn't have the sleezy attitude I've experienced at other shops/garages recommending things I don't need when I knew frontier ford had just serviced things they were recommending.... Typical "up sell tactic". Thanks team and Frank for keeping my vehicles healthy. Forgive me, I forgot the gentleman's name seated next to Frank, but I have gone to him also if Frank is not there, and appreciate his communication, customer service and honest as well. Perhaps in the near future I'll be able to see how the sales crew is as for now, I have no criticism.

Bought a Ford Focus here and got a couple recall notices so I thought I'd bring it in to Frontier Ford and get it fixed. Frontier Ford made it IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone for a solution. These recalls are making my car undrivable and the best response they have is "wait 2 business days." I waited for a week and a half just to be safe and literally no response. 0/10 please take your Ford to ANYWHERE ELSE for service. Frontier Ford SUCKS.

Car buying is really not for the faint of heart, you have to come game day ready to play ball, no matter wear you go. Do your research, know the market, and come with realistic targets. That said, the guys I worked with at Frontier made the process of buying seamless.Let's start with my sales consultant, Cody. Not enough words to describe his professionalism, attention to detail, and transparency. He contacted me early to set an appointment to see the car I wanted see. He went over and beyond by getting my car ready for sale and working to get me the best deal possible.Then there's Jalil, the sales manager. This is wear the homework comes in. Know your market and Jalil will do what he has to do to get you the best deal possible. In my case there was some back and forth negotiation that led to a price where we were both happy. At no point did I think Jalil was unfair or unreasonable. Once the deal was made Jalil replaced two of my tires free of charge before I was on my way. He made sure that finance portion of my deal went smoothly. If you are in the market for a new car, or a pre-owned like the Alfa Romeo like I got, call Frontier Ford and ask for Cody, I guarantee the rest of the pieces will fall in place.Good luck on the buying process!

Amazing customer service. I had been looking for a car for a while. I reached out to Ali Nawabi as I had leased a car from him in the past. He found me several cars of my like. However; due to the price of the car, I couldn't purchase it but I really appreciate his time and effort. What kept me going back to him and this dealership was that they weren't trying to sell a car that later, I may have not liked. He took his time with me, went over the pros and cons as well as the quality and features of the cars he showed me. As we all know, most dealerships try to sell you a piece of junk just so that they can reach their quota not thinking about the customer. At Frontier Ford, I felt like I was put first. Finally, I chose Mustang Mach E. It's a beautiful car and fits my budget. As we were doing the paperwork's, Ali asked the cleaning services to clean the car, I changed my mind again. I really wanted the one with the sunroof. Thought to myself, if I'm driving a car for 3 years, might as well get something with the features I want. Ali halted the cleaning team, looked for a Mach E with the sunroof and got me a deal that was still within the price range I wanted. I received a call from Mike the next day as a follow up Thank you Ali and team for going above and beyond! You guys ROCK!
