I liked my salesperson, Majic Mir. He was so helpful. I canceled the Extended Car Warranty and Service Contract shortly after. During my ten weeks of waiting for my refunds, I filed online inquiries and left messages to the finance department to check for the status, but got no response. I had to go down to the dealer around 8:00 in the morning, and found out the finance guy did not turn in the form. . Luckily, there was another finance guy available on-site and he had me fill out a new form. Finally I got my refund three weeks later. I will not go back to this Dealer.

Found my favorite Mustang with with Brembos, walked in and waited for a long while. Staff walked by, but no response. Finally someone came up to me and I got very excited, but instead he asked me to move my car.

Total incompetence, if your car is not new, they do not give you adequate attention, a diagnosis takes up to 3 weeks and they guess the problem. They are totally unprofessional and incompetent, I do not recommend the place or the Ford vehicles because they do not have technicians who know how to fix them when they break down.

I think if you bring your vehicle for service it should be returned washed to the owner a little extra goes a long way I think that would help narrow down were we get our vehicles serviced . Edward in the service department is awesome easy to work with goes over and beyond takes care of your vehicle as if it was his !

Most horrible experience dealing with their service department. They don't pick up phones, give you no updates and when you call, you have to wait for ages in order to talk to someone. They seem to not know issues with their EV vehicles and blame everything on software updates. I am beyond disappointed with their customer support.

Frontier Ford now offers a pick-up and drop-off service, which really helps us out since I no longer drive due to Parkinson’s. They picked up our car, called us to discuss what services we wanted, called us to describe the problem that emerged and our options, finished the service, then dropped the car off, along with a receipt. Texts kept us informed throughout the pick-up and drop-off process. We truly appreciate Frontier Ford!

My car is a 2019 Ford Fusion Energi (plug-in hybrid.) It has been updated to Sync3.4 and the navigation has also been updated. But FordPass does not work. The reason, I was told, is that the modem in my car is outdated. Poor me!
