John is wonderful to work with! He carefully crafted a Haku Lei for my grandmother's 104th birthday celebration. As you can see by the smile on her face, she absolutely adored it. I felt extremely lucky to have been able to work with someone to create such a magical headpiece and he was equally appreciative and honored to take on the project. Hands down recommend!!!!

John is amazing at what he does. He made ordering so easy and seamless. He's so communicative and fast to respond. We ordered a haku lei for my daughter's senior portrait and it turned out exactly how we wanted it. We will use him for all our flower needs in the future. I've been to so many florists but he is truly the best.

Highly recommended! They did an awesome job for my girlfriend’s birthday. She loved the live orchids with hydrangeas and peonies. We’re very easy to work with. Did beyond what I expected and worked with my budget.

I contacted John for a couple of custom centerpieces for a baby shower. He was very responsive and asked for inspiration photos and some additional details to provide a quote which was very reasonable. The centerpieces were beautiful! The colors, flower selection, and arrangement were very well coordinated. I would highly recommend working with John for your custom flower needs.

After searching the entire SF Bay Area for a florist that makes beautiful Hawaiian leis, I chose Flowers by Yip. John Yip offered the best assortment of leis with gorgeous designs, at a very reasonable price! Most other CA florists just offer single or double orchid leis with purple or white orchids, or carnations. John was able to make a double orchid lei with lavender orchids and even placed small clusters of pink rose buds in several spots around the lei, at my request, and with only a few days notice before my friend's birthday! John also took the time to call me from the flower market to provide me with flower options, and to allow me to select which flowers I preferred based on what was available. Just take a look at the beautiful photos of leis and flower arrangements on John Yip's website and you will see his artistry in floral design! I will be recommending John to anyone planning a wedding, a party, or needing a floral arrangement or Hawaiian lei for a special occasion!

I am so happy to have worked with Flowers by Yip. I needed a bouquet and a few boutonnières for a friend's wedding. The bride loves sunflowers and anything yellow. I reached out to John via text and our communication was very smooth. He is prompt in responding and he was knowledgeable about which flowers would go best with her vision. When I picked up the flowers, I can tell right off the bat that he is skilled and passionate about his work. I appreciated that the flowers were carefully wrapped and boxed for safe travels. I highly recommend Flowers by Yip and hope to use him again in the future!

Flowers by John Yip is excellent. This is the 3 or so time to use him to design an arrangement that was particular to my client/friend. When I suggested a more traditional but not boring arrangement - Flowers by Yip hit it out of the park. Easy to text with and very fair pricing - for above average arrangements.

Excellent quality, design, and customer service! I asked Flowers By Yip to create a wrist corsage for my mom's 90th birthday. My only instructions were to use pink roses. John created this gorgeous corsage with one rose in the center, surrounded by smaller roses, giving the effect of one large opened rose. A stunningly design, and the price was much less than other florists. Flowers By Yip is definitely the best florist around!

My fiancé was having an extremely stressful day. I thought surprise flowers might cheer her up and researched florists here in Santa Clara. After reading, I contacted John and he was extremely responsive. Within 90 minutes I had a fantastic arrangement for less than the budget number I had given! I'd highly recommend Flowers by Yip to anyone in need of high quality service.

Great service. Texted John Thursday evening, was able to pick up this beautiful arrangement Friday at noon. Quick turnaround time and flowers are very fresh too; in the photo some of the Lilies haven’t even bloomed yet. Would recommend his services!
