This company is taking advantage of people by flat out lying about towing fees and adding extra time to tow rates just to rip people off. They say they have "port to port" fees that are $225 an hour and that they have to "add" additional time to the towing rate so that they can get back to the shop. The guy that towed my truck tried charging me $337 for a tow that was less then 6 miles and wasn't even a full 40 minutes worth of time. I didn't mind paying the $225 since my truck was in an accident, but when the guy said $337, I knew he was just ripping me off. Thankfully he double checked his math and found out it was wrong (full of crap) and decided to charge me $281 instead. These guys are scum bags and are just taking advantage of people. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Finish Line never responded to my complaint.

Im really satisfied with the help I received today. Specially to Jacob for helping me out with my car battery got my car running again really quick. I would totally recommend this towing company to anyone, Thanks again JACOB.

Driver arrived before expected time and was very professional and kind. My vehicle was good to go within a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend to any stranded driver.

One star was given to this towing company and I really want to just put 0 star! The worst company in the Bay Area very expensive charge me $750.00 for winch service last then 1 feet.

These guys are amazing! Got our truck stuck in a pretty bad mud spot on the side of a mountain. We got turned down by three companies before reaching out to these guys. Tony and Luis were able to hook up the truck and pull it out safely without any damage to the truck or the land. They were safe and quick! So thankful that we used this company! Would highly recommend to anyone!

On January 19, we were almost home, when our Tesla got a flat tire. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance who, after explaining our options, contacted Finish Line Towing to bring and install a loaner wheel. We were able to walk home and then returned to get our car when Finish Line notified us they were going to be onsite. Finish Line's driver, Milton, was very professional & efficient, knew exactly how to replace the damaged wheel on a Tesla, placed the damaged wheel in the trunk (so I could take it for repair), all in less than 15 minutes. The only reason I could not rate this experience with 5 stars is the following: Tesla told us that the wait would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours; it was 4 1/2 hours. Also, Finish Line was supposed to call us when they were 15 minutes from arrival; they forgot.

Finish Line Towing was the local contractor on the pickup of our car for a cross-country move. Milton was our truck driver and he did a great job. He was prompt and professional, giving us plenty of time to go over the condition of the car at pickup. Our car arrived at the other end in the same condition as it was picked up and we are very happy with the service.

My roadside assistance service contacted Finish Line Towing to change my flat tire. The dispatch personal informed me that the driver would get to my location in 60 minutes, which was gonna cause a problem because I was on my lunch break and had to get back. But,my tow truck driver Marlon arrived within 30 minutes. Marlon had my tire changed in less than 10 minute and I was on my way. Marlon was prompted, professional and informative regarding the alerts on my car. I would definitely recommend Finish Line Towing and Marlon the driver.
