What can I say, an excellent service by far. Shout out to Ana, the assistant manager. She was amazing and helpful. She patiently helped me scan so many documents and organized in my drive. I tried to do it on my own but failed miserably to use self service machine, as it kept declining the job half way through the scan. Ana noticed my struggle and came to save me from this monster scanner. Truly she was amazing, kind, helpful, friendly, and most of all very efficient. I can't thank her enough. Not only she saved the day but also reduced my stress level. I owe you big time. This FedEx location just earned a loyal customer; thanks to Ana for her high quality customer service. She really sets the bar high.

Did not feel welcoming at all. Staff were busy with some other work on their computers even though no customers were in the store. Have always experienced good customer service at other fedex locations but this one was an exception.

Very busy location. Not enough staff! All employees are very understanding, patient and helpful. I did not get names unfortunately but the older gentleman and the miss wearing the hijab were professional and fast to make sure all customers were acknowledged if waiting to be serviced. They took the passport photo and printed them quickly. Took 1 star away because if you come at the wrong time you could be waiting a long time and that's a staffing issue not the employees themselves.

Delivery man never comes and lying “customer was not at home”.The delivery man for Santa Clara area is not doing his job. “Another attempt will be made” “customer is not at home”… all of these are lies. I sat at home all day long waiting for my package, yet no one came or left a note on my door. If you never attempt to deliver, why say the attempt failed?What makes things even worse is the customer service people don’t hold your package. They just ignore your call. I called them to hold my package and I’d pick it up myself, yet it was out for delivery again when I arrived at the facility the following day. Front desk man does nothing except for saying “idk what is going on””I cannot control”. Yea - they ignore their customers all the time, even we are trying to spend our time and gas to save their effort.

Terrible service, extremely slow, and not customer oriented at all. The manager wasn't helpful and was short tempered when asked a question; he wouldn't make eye contact and barked (not talked but raised his voice) at me. Terrible store, worse manager. Just rude and incompetent. Managers name is Angel.

Terrible staff! I stopped by to print my passport photo and ship my passport application. One of the staff member, Ana, said that she could not print the photo if we had the photo on a USB. We ran home and retuned to the store within a USB but she said she could not print them again. She said that she did not explain well the first time and we had to use a Fedex USB or take the photo at that location. We went to another Fedex location and the staff had no problem printing the passport from the USB we provided. We almost missed our deadline for our passport application due to lazy staff member who was making up excuses to avoid getting the job completed!

Not enough employees to help, and agents do not really understand the services. I have been told a service and after payment, I discovered that the service I paid for doesn't fulfill my shipment requirements.

Peter was a GREAT help in getting my poster printed at the best quality possible. He was very patient and helpful despite the various issues encountered. Thank you, Peter! I also want to recognize Lesly G who was a great help in coordinating the pick-up of our order as well! She was very helpful, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs printing or shipping service thanks to Peter and Lesly!

I needed to print out a bunch of paperwork from a flash drive. Ben is such a polite, helpful young man. He patiently helped me with the most cost-effective way to do so, even when it was rather busy.
