  It was very confusing. The employees were awesome but the directions were very confusing.

  Wasted my time. Complicated freight shipping requirements, no receiving facilities, waiting area etc ( left us sitting in a hot truck in the sun ), quoted price was twice that quoted by JDM Packing and shipping on Bird. Don't waste your time here.

  Almost all ratings are from employees. Management consists of incompetent, and disrespectful employees.
