Not a real Fedex Drop Location paid USD 30 more vs. what Fedex tells on their app or website as for some reason Google share it as Official Fedex Location. Avoid if you can and have time to go to different one or Official Fedex store

This is NOT a FedEx drop off location. The owner himself was there who was arguing with me for some reason that they don't do FedEx even though they have giant FedEx posters everywhere. The clerk even has FedEx on his facemask. Very weird. Definitely do not bother coming here. Terrible service and staff too.

This is my first time to write a review for a store because the staff in the shipcenter made me so mad today. I think one star also overestimates it. I tried to ship a prepaid package to Amazon warehouse. Amazon requires extra two small labels on the box except the shipping label. But the staff in the shipcenter insisted that my package didn't meet their requirement and tried to peel my labels. He behaved rudely and unprofessionally. I will never ship the package in this site. BTW, as other comments said that they don't give your receipt if you drop off the package.

Please avoid this shipping store if you can. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I dropped off my packages in store, and he refused to give me a receipt, and told me "if you don't like it, just take them away." It seems he was unpleasant because one of my package is quite big. When I said I need to take a picture (since there's no receipt), he said: "who would steal that?" The whole experience was unpleasant and felt disrespectful. I would strongly advise against using this shipping store.

The staff needs to do some customer interaction training. He was rude and threw my package to the bin from pretty far. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This is not an UPS center nor does it properly process Amazon return packages. The person at the counter complained that I used a used FedEx envelope with an ups label to return an Amazon item and did not want to provide a receipt for the Amazon packages … so there was no guarantee if I would have dropped off the packages that they would have been picked up and properly processed/ returned. Use a different location and don’t waste your time at this one.
