The lab tech took my labs even though I had just eaten. I haven't had labs done in years and was not informed to fast prior to testing. The results ended up in non-renewal of an insurance policy even though my LDL levels came back invalid. Be aware one person making a mistake can have huge consequences.

I had a medical exam for insurance purposes and had a pretty good experience. The medical technician was organized and professional and explained things clearly. In my case the blood draw was easy and trouble free. You just kind of expect a doctor or nurse on a full physical, but otherwise it was easy and comfortable.

Staff was great . Took appointment online . Was late in reaching there but there was just one more person in queue.
