I had a Great expierence at Euros Dealership in Santa Clara. I was searching online for a while. I seen a car i liked at the dealershi. I called and spoke to Nuvia who wasvvery nice and explained the process. I did a test drive and inspected the car. The carfax report was great with regulat maintence. My son and i drove a little over 150 miles to look atbthe car and it was 3.5 hours one way. Nuvia and Ulysses were kind and professional. I enjoy my car. I Highly Recommend this Dealership.

Terrible customer service. I bought a truck and an hour after I purchased truck transmission started to leak alot. I had it towed to dealer. No one at Euro ever picked up the phone or returned my texts. Terrible company. Do not do business

I called regarding a listed car guy that picked up was rude and hung up multiple times. Answers questions As if I’m trying to sell him something. The guy based on his attitude I would never want to do business with.

Well, I found a Ford Transit van on Craigslist being advertised by Euro Auto Sales and thought I'd better go and read the reviews here first. From long experience, I consider myself an expert at reading reviews. Of particular interest, and something that popped out at me immediately, is that there are almost no 2, 3, or 4-star reviews. People love, love, love or hate, hate, hate this outfit. There are very few in-between and nuanced evaluations. (Even a blind squirrel occasionally finds a nut.)
I think I'll pass (and you, too, probably should!).

I purchased a ram 2500 was gray and black it was a night edition but couple months of owning the paint started coming off underneath was all chrome they lied to us about being a night edition there scammers

I called to discuss a purchase of a truck, the man I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. I called back to try getting some questions answered and decided I no longer wanted to do business with them based on his attitude. He proceeded to text me off his personal number with the same attitude. Might I also mention when I walked the lot to view the truck it had trash piled in the bed and a massive oil leak from the transmission. I don't recommend this establishment.

Stay away from this place nothing but crooks. The guy literally told me on the phone that he didn’t wanna sell me a car and do a trade in cause he wasn’t gonna make enough money??? Then told me he doesn’t do donations??? Crazy how this place is still in business.

Went to see a car and was asked to get pre approved for a loan to make sure I could pay for the car if I crashed it on the test drive even though I gave them insurance info. Shady business practice. I have bought many cars from dealerships and this was the first time I was asked this. Seems like they judged me when I walked on to the lot
