I was happy with the car (from Enterprise Car Sales), and the process for buying a vehicle was smooth even though I could not allow the dealer to pull up my credit report again as I already had a pre-approved loan from my bank. Thank Enterprise's staff so much for your time and help.

I highly recommend the Enterprise car sales in Stevens creek blvd.
The salesperson were professional, patient and polite.
Unfortunately i had to return the car after 4 days due to personal reasons. However throughout the whole process i felt comfortable.
Buying car was as smooth as returning the car.
I highly recommend this place as they have super salesperson along with a good inventory of latest cars.

My husband and I purchased a RAM in April we had a little issue with the truck HOWEVER, the team at ENTERPRISE went above and beyond to fix it. The service was great all the way around. I could not recommend A better car sales company. We will definitely return when it’s time for our teen to purchase his first car.

Bought a vehicle from them in Feb 23. May of 24 the battery died while still under warranty. They told me I should have bought a maintenance plan(which they openly stated didn't cover batteries.)
I told them I just needed their help claiming the 3 year warranty on the battery. They told me I should go to the Nissan dealership and see if they will help.
Probably should have taken that advice when I bought the car....

When I bought my 1st car with Kelsey she was amazing. She didn't constantly call me to see when I was coming in. Unfortunately my 1st car was totaled in a car accident so I went back to them to get my next car. Daniel helped me the 2nd time and he was just as amazing as Kelsey. They didn't try to upsale me in getting more then what I needed. They listened to my needs and provided. Baby was also helpful. My next purchase either for my teen son or myself I will be going back to them again.

Worked with Kelsey to purchase a 2021 Kia Soul. Long story, but after a hellish week including an accident and much wrangling with insurance companies, Kelsey made buying a new car a smooth and painless experience, as well as being delightful to work with on a personal level. Between me and my spouse, this our third purchase from Enterprise, and we've had 0 complaints. No hard sell, no sleazy sales tactics, and full transparency. Five stars and a little smiley face.
