We had an amazing experience, the sales associate was very nice and slow with us working on me getting a shoe that fits. Overall store felt very approachable, clean with modern styles along with the classics.They only have full sizes and I am a 7.5 she helped me work through adding and finding a boot that fit well. I don't remember her name but employee #3373 thank you!

Came in here to get my first pair of Dr.Martens and Roberto was extremely helpful and gave me tips on the sizing and which shoes would be more comfortable breaking into. He was very knowledgeable about each shoe and my friend who I came with even decided to buy a pair last minute! Great experience :-) can't wait to wear them out.

Usually head into the Docs in San Francisco , not sure if I've missed this place or it is new. Went in looking for a specific canvas high top , knew it was long shot but wanted to check it out. Small store , average selection for those Marten fans like myself. Was looking around and quickly realized what I wanted wasn't available. That was no problems , but after 20 minutes of checking out the usual stock , no support from the staff. Don't get me wrong , im the kind of person who does not like the sales person on me minute one. But no greeting and no ask if help needed after 20 min. Probably would of bought something but decided just to leave. Giving it a 3 star instead of 2 due to the well use of display space and overall nice but small mall store. Try it , but don't expect much on the service

Truly wonderful experience whenever visiting this store. The associates are easy to talk to, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They assist you with every question regarding fit, function, care, and styling. I have happily purchased several pairs here thanks to the good service provided.

Went with my friend today and was completely cared for from the second we walked in to the second we walked out. The store manager was so kind and I felt so served. A staff member laid out shoes for me, made me feel very comfortable, she listened to my concerns with my feet and recommended products and let me test for better insight. I felt so encouraged to buy my first pair of Dr. martens and she didn’t even know it was my first pair till i got to the register. As for my friend, he also bought shoes, I just wanna say he was also respectfully cared for which is important! Men and women are treated with positivity and care at this store. It was a genuine experience and as an up to date review, I recommend this location. Shoutout to Katarina a staff member !

They tricked me into selling some boots. The seller said that they were unisex and I believed until I investigated at home and when I wanted to return them they did not want to give me my money in cash as I paid for them (in cash) they told me that they would give me a card to buy what I bought in the store I would like and thus forcing myself to buy something that I do not want since the only boots that caught my attention were those that were sold to me with deceit I feel cheated and upset since I am not going to use these boots and I doubt that I can sell them quickly and so get my money back.
