Each time I come here the employees are never helpful and seem to know nothing about what they’re selling.

They had exactly four styles of loafers and nothing larger than size 10. They were nice enough about their inability to meet my needs.

Came in here to get my first pair of Dr.Martens and Roberto was extremely helpful and gave me tips on the sizing and which shoes would be more comfortable breaking into. He was very knowledgeable about each shoe and my friend who I came with even decided to buy a pair last minute! Great experience :-) can't wait to wear... read full comment
